This has been the worst transaction ever. I received my 15 gallon tank with a huge crack in it. I had several nuts and boats missing along with the sprayer itself. I have tried for days and days to call someone on the actual phone instead of speak to AI and computers. They want me to send photos of the missing parts and I don't know how you do that. I've sent them everything I know to send and called every number I know to call and still there is no one in touch with me. If you are smart you will not will not buy these products from these people. I know there's a way you can look my name up to call me this is the whole truth people. This is not half truths from people that want to be popular this is the whole truth from a person that actually uses it.

Arrived missing pieces to assemble. Cant complete step one of assembly. Wasted a week communicating to Vevor wanting a return for refund as I can't assemble and use. Was offered $20 and then $40 to keep over $200 order that is unusable as received. Can't assemble much less use. Do not read my emails just automated responses or offers to refund $20 and do not address I can not assemble or use the item I ordered. Cant get a return label for a refund. Had to dispute with my bank. First and last order I place with Vevor. Horrible customer service, chat only no phone support. Dont care or even offer helpful solutions. Very frustrating.

Flimsy and poor quality product. The side hose came kinked and not in the groove- had to put duct tape to hold it in place. The 4 screws that holds the reel mount in place keeps getting loose. I added lock washers and nuts to fix The swivel casters are of very poor quality. I replaced them with new ones from Amazon. I don’t recommend buying this product.

So far, 6 weeks after delivery, it's a $300 piece of junk. Waiting on parts from China. Battery shows no life. Communication difficult with Vevor. No phone number to call. Beware!

Has broken 2x. First the wand and now the pressure pump. It's sitting in the garage unusable.
