The package arrived damaged and missing the spray wand. I have asked Vevor to send the missing piece but to date all I get is emails telling me they are working on it. While I wait for the spray wand I have been using the device to water only, with the hose only- so I have experienced the pump which is not very strong and trickles water at a very slow rate. I do not know how this will improve if I ever get the handheld wand attachment, but it is very underpowered and takes almost an hour to pump the entire tank of water

The sprinklers broke right away. The battery does not charge properly after 3 months of occasional use. The product overall is way overpriced. I would not recommend it to anyone who treat large areas frequently.

Even with plumber tape, the joints leak with hand tightening. Engineering for securing but on spool handle is bad, did not fit the manufactured hole so when tightening, the nut fell into the drum, and was irretrievable. Website access to customer service is terrible, very limited selections to say what’s wrong with product. Response of customer service personnel was one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with, totally unresponsive.

Last step was remove battery and charge, there wasn’t a battery to remove. You could tell the box had been opened previously. Parts in box had been opened also. I ordered a new battery, then contacted customer support. I was told that a battery couldn’t be shipped to me. I was literally looking at the replacement battery I ordered sitting on my couch. I did end up getting money back for battery I ordered.

I searched hard to find a 15 gallon, battery powered, weed sprayer with a battery included. This equipment had all the desired features, including a long hose and strong pressure, and I was excited to try it out. The machine was well-designed and easy to assemble. Unfortunately, the long wand spray nozzle had a flaw in the weld where the aluminum tube attached to the brass fitting, and the spray went everywhere. My husband tried tightening all the nuts and adjusting the rubber gasket, but nothing helped. We were able to use a smaller wand to finish the job, but my 2-acre property really needs the larger wand. If the company is willing to send me a replacement wand, I could update my rating.

Very poor Customer Service. I purchased this 10 gallon sprayer after having the 4 gallon version of it. I was looking forward to getting it because I like the other one. When I get this, it all looked good. I took it out of the box, put it together and noticed 2 pieces of plastic in the corner of the box. I looked at the sprayer and found the back of the wheel was broken. The wheel was still on, but it is very loose. I looked at the box and noticed then that the box looked like might have been crushed a little. I didnt see it when I got it because it wasnt hurt much, it was bowed out a little. I email Vevor about it, figuring they would send me another sprayer and I would send the broken one back. They responded that they were going to order and send me a wheel. That would be fine, but that was almost 1 month ago and I still do not have the wheel or a sprayer that I can use. Apparently the wheel was marked lost in the mail today. Vevor offered $50 refund for me to go buy a wheel in my area.....Where am I going to find a wheel that will fit this sprayer????? I dont understand why that was even offered. I guess I will be another month at this point before I can spray my grass.

I ordered 10 of these sprayers for an animal shelter. One came without the sprayer wand and I have been trying to get a replacement. There is no phone number so lots of auto generated responses via email saying things like "Regrettably, our technical support team has not been able to resolve your issue effectively. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this product problem. If the product does not affect your normal use, we would like to offer the following solution: We will process a compensation refund of 20 USD, and you may keep the product with no return required. $20 does nothing for me if I can't use the sprayer. I ordered another 7 units thinking this would be quickly resolved. So sorry I did. It really is a shame as the sprayer works well for disinfecting dog kennels. Was disappointed to find that replacement batteries are not available to purchase. what happens when they stop working? I was told that a Makita brand would work but after a lot of research they will not work as they are proprietary to Makita brand only products. your battery is the same, nothing is interchangeable. Never heard of a product that didn't have a way to replace or purchase parts. Was disappointed that holes didn't line up on kit box or pull handle also. good think being a maintenance person I could make it work anyway. Liked the design thought this unit would be very helpful in my work. sorry I didn't research your company further I wouldn't have purchased.
