Bought 15 Gal sprayer. Battery Charger is missing. I have been pursuing customer support for 3 weeks for a replacement charger. Customer support responds to my email request's every few days with "we are researching the request". There is no direct contact with a support person. My experience is unacceptable. Buyer beware.

Constantly leaking from many different places, suddenly cuts out while watering. Gets air bound all of the time. Being honest I think it was just a complete waste of money as I have to spend more time playing around with it than I am watering with it

I was very eager about ordering and receiving this broadcast sprayer. Having a large property the idea of not lugging around a backpack sprayer and having to refill 12 times was very appealing! The package arrived as expected, the instructions were not the greatest, but we got it assembled. The quality of the components was great, heavy duty. Followed the instructions to get it going, finally added the chemicals and after 15 minutes of use, on a full Battery it stopped working. I followed all of the troubleshooting options and still not working. I opened a ticket with vevor, and after 7 days, all I’m getting is they are reviewing the ticket and “don’t worry we will help” message. I find this extremely frustrating, and not the type of support I expect. I’m still waiting for a formal response that addresses the issue at hand- let’s see, I even bought the extended warranty. Not impressed to say the least. I’m not sure this product will last when it died after 15 minutes of use.

On my second cart sprayer, the suction line split after only a couple uses and dumped product all over a customers grass. Not impressed. Poor quality.

These carts are poorly made with poor materials. My first cart only worked for 2 tasks before the pump messed up and will not pump properly. Although VEVOR support is prompt in getting back to me, they only offered partial refund. I don’t think I will be purchasing VEVOR anymore.

My sprier doesn’t have power to spray and it clogs every time I use it.

This thing is garbage. It worked ok at first now 5 weeks in it won't charge at all. I have a worthless piece of 350 dollar machine sitting unable to start up. Customer email,cht is a joke blowing me telling to try a bunch of stupid things to try and you can't get through at all on their phone line no matter when I call. Don't waste your money shame on them.

I received the sprayer today. The cardboard box was completely damaged, and I took photos for record. I’m not sure if there is any damage inside. I tried charging the battery, but it seems to already be fully charged since it keeps showing a green light. How long is the battery warranty? I may need to monitor the battery over time. I will assemble the machine first and will leave a review after I have used it.

It started leaking on the first day, the hose, handles, the main twisting cap are too cheap. Why can’t you sell a sprayer that has proper hose and all. Just sell us one that is wothy 5 times the price with high quality materials. I would be ok to pay more if it last….

It leaks. Connections were not put on tight from factory, so tighten all connections before use. I lost about 3 gallons before discovering this. The wand does not shut off, so it continues to spray, you have to shut the power button off, which isn’t convenient. The hose that connects to the wand leaks going right down your arm and all over your shoes. Nothing worked to fix this, will have to cut the hose and replace. For the price it was made cheaply. I was disappointed in the quality of this product for the price. The container, wheels, and frame are good. Would not recommend this product.
