L'appareil est globalement bon, les réglages sont simples, la résistance et la température est conforme à ce qui est recherché. Seul bémol, la poignée en mousse fait très bas de gamme. J'ai peur que dans le temps, elle se déchire et que nous soyons obligé d'utiliser la poignée à même le métal (pas très confortable). Apres, bon rapport qualité prix. On en trouve des 4 fois plus chez ailleurs.

I love my heat press for hats. It is a little tough to figure out exactly how to position the hats but fairly simple to use once you figure the hat out

i like the press thus far. easy to use, doesnt take up much space. wish it had a better clamp down mechanism for the hat but overall a very good beginner heat press for caps! Would recommend it

The press is fine, just too heavy for me. I want to talk about the customer service. It is pretty much non-existant. Complete AI. No humans. If you are expecting human customer service, or to talk to someone, do not buy from here. It's all by chatbox.

You get what you pay for, not great, and doesn't press very well.

The press does what is supposed to do, but without buying extra items to protect your products it will ruin them.. To make sure structured hat you will need to buy heat press pillows or some type of high density foam to protect the shape. Also they should ship with a piece of Teflon or Foam to protect the face of the hat and the patch/transfer but you will also need to buy that separately. I probably would've bought another press I found after I purchased this one which is about the same price and the lower platens are a lot nicer and shaped like the inside of an actual hat..

I was hoping this would be a really good addition to my tools but I am not very impressed. There are a few little things about this that frustrates me. One is that it leaves a crease every time you press it down across the top of the hat. It’s from the shape of the support pad underneath the hat. The support pad that you place the hat on always comes unscrewed too causing it moves or falls off. Short of putting lock tight I can’t get it to stay on. I guess all in all for the price you pay it’s not bad. It heats very well and does a great job sealing the patches.

The press seems to be built great. I have not had an issue playing the hats or using the settings. I bought this a little over a year ago and pressed around 15 hats. I had a sudden medical issue that caused me to stop sublimating for a year. Since back to pressing in June, I have pressed around 30 hats. No issues until last night. I have not changed the heat settings or pressure and it burned 3 hats. I used clear heat tape and put white butcher paper over the patch and image. Burn marks around edges and top of the front of hat. I lowered the temp and press time and burned again. From other reviews I have read, the heat mechanism goes bad in these presses. It isn’t worth me paying for a repair since the cost of the press isn’t bad. Very disappointed that I got about 1 full year out of and only 50 hats.
