Order Number: 26071400985520170563 first time I used was today 08/27/2026 and the plastic hose blew off at the fitting going into the spray wand. I went through customer service (AI !!!JOKE) and they want pictures. I hate AI. I went to ACE Hardware and got an aircraft style no-cut clamp for a temporary repair. AI customer service SUCKS!!

I bought it within the last month. I have been unable to use it because the sprayer handle with the trigger in it slobbers material all over. It is unusable. I am trying to find a replacement handle somewhere that will fit and then I will be able to use the unit. I’m extremely disappointed in it.

Kept blowing fuses after a few seconds of spraying. Customer support to try and get a return is the hardest to work with. When you finally get to where you can tell them you have a problem, they want you to upload a photo. Of what??? the product you sold me that doesn't work??

This thing never worked from the beginning. It seems like something is stuck in the pump inlet from the factory. I sent them a video of it not working and they told me to take it apart to make sure nothing could be blocking the outlet. Which I did in the original video. So you know they aren't actually reviewing them. Either way I'll not order anything from them again.

on off switch was broke upon delivery and the the hose coming from pump was broke leaking everywhere . i fixed everything myself and it seemed to do a pretty good job after i spent quite a while fixing a brand new sprayer....

I used this thing only a couple of times and thought it was pretty good, then battery already went. Now useless. Used perhaps 5 times 15 minutes roughly each. Battery won't take a charge.

Backpack sprayer started smoking during charging. Smelt up the garage and stopped working. Tried calling Vevor for 5 days now with no answer from a live agent. Very disappointed over this issue. Now waiting to see if the answer the ticket.

The hose is damaged right next to the connection, and fluid is leaking from there. Disappointed with the quality.

I was excited when I received my new sprayer. I charged the battery for two days, filled the tank and headed out to kill some spiders. When I got to the unit, the battery was dead, did not charge. Emailed support, hopefully it’s a quick fix.

Dårlig kvalitet, håndtaget til at trække den med falder af så det kan ikke bruges som en vognpumpe, dyserne er af virkelig dårlig kvalitet. Jeg ville spare penge og finde en af bedre kvalitet.
