BATTERY ACID EVERYWHERE

This item was shipped fast, received fast, that is the end of the good news. the sprayer arrived drenched with acid, the box even has a huge hole where the acid deteriorated through the cardboard. The acid fumes were very strong while unboxing the sprayer, and my skin burned from the acid not knowing right away what exactly was going on at the time. The battery leaked all the acid out during shipment, this is NOT a sealed battery, the hose fittings are deteriorated, the control panel for power and charging is heavily corroded, and the sprayer has been sitting unusable since I received it. I started a claim with vevor customer support, sent PLENTY of pics and videos through the customer support chat portal, and was told they would be in touch. I was then sent a follow up email and was again asked to send additional pictures and additional descriptions of the issues. after nearly a week of back and forth emails between myself and Eric, and Bradley, i have been told to BUY A NEW BATTERY... SERIOUSLY??? This has been a horrible buying experience, I have purchased and own the vevor hole saw notch cutter, vevor portable bad saw, vevor mag drill, vevor tig welder, vevor plasma cutter, vevor drill press, and TWO vevor shop heaters... I was truly hoping vevor would have made the a better customer service situation with this battery powered sprayer... Disappointed...

The sprayer worked well 2 weeks, then the pressure dropped. The pump runs but there is little or no water being pumped out. The support group sent me a link to the wrong website with instructions on how to fix the problem. I have requested to return the unit and get a replacement. I am now waiting for a reponse.
