I wanted to be excited about this. Package arrived quickly and packed well. We were dispatching our first round of chickens. Only did 1 at a time with plenty of water to make sure nothing clogged. Every single bird we tried clogged the plucker to the point we had to disassemble every few minutes to clean out all of the feathers. Waste of time and waste of money. Guess you get what you pay for.

I purchased this plucker hoping it would provide a successful process of removing feathers. The initial work of the machine did go well. After two weeks between I attempted to use the plucker again and it would not turn on. I tested for power coming and going from the unit. I called an electrician in hoping he could solve the issue. The plugin reset is defective and will not allow power to start the machine. I tried calling the phone number for customer service several times but with no success. I was very disappointed I could not reach anyone by phone or email. I'm very dissatisfied and would hope customer service could stand by their product.

This machine quit on the first use. We are very familiar with using pluckers and tried everything to get it to work. We babied it through the first 3 birds before it totally stopped working on the 4th. Very bummed to be out the money and have to buy a more expensive but working machine. Go with a better brand.

Came to me damaged, unable to get a new undamaged one to replace this one ,got to a point that your company clear that your company was not going to make it right, only wanted to offer small refund to make it go away. Have not been able to use it because change that support ed motor was bent ,could not see till I took apart. I will not buy from you company ever ,or recommend your company to anyone.
