Was not a fan of this feather plucker it’s advertised to be able to pluck 2 to 3 chickens. It does not pluck three chickens, followed the instructions to a tea, but yet every two chickens that we do the barrel gets bound up with the feathers and causes the barrel to stop spinning when doing 50 birds, we had to stop it at least 25 to 30 times to clean the feathers out of the edging of the barrel

Have been a huge fan of VEVOR for awhile and enjoyed some of their products but this thing might have ruined it for me. I looked at the reviews extensively like I usually do, but what I got doesn’t match with what anyone was saying. Bought this to help with chickens around the farm. Not a ton mind you, just a few every once in awhile. Turned it on, added a little water in with the chicken as instructions say and either 1.) the wiring is junk and shorting out or 2.) the seals around the motor suck. Unfortunately I bought this a few months before we were going to use it so I’m sure Vevorwill do nothing. This product has made me rethink their whole brand.

After setting this chicken plucker up, inviting friends over to help me process, my entire day was wasted by this faulty plucker. We had to stop the machine and clean out jammed feathers at least two times per every bird we cleaned, and about 20 minutes into use, the machine refused to turn on. We trouble shooted and gave it some time to reset as the instructions indicated, but it never came on again. I immediately asked to return it and three days later, still have not received a response from Vevor. I have sent them requests using their form online, and utilized their chat feature, wherein live representatives tell you they will ask someone to get back to you and that you will hear from them in 24-48 hours. After 56 hours I contacted Vevor via chat to complain that I had not received a response, and the agents just told me they would let Vevor know. The company is not responsive and meanwhile this machine is taking space I don't have to hold it indefinitely.

I cant tell you if it is good or bad, it came in broken. I was sent repair parts for me to fix it. They came in broken, trying to get the matter resolved. It has been 3 weeks and I haven't plucked a single bird. But my wallet has been plucked. Order at your own risk.

It did not stay on it kept being triggered to shut off it could not handle more than one chicken at a time. the feathers were constantly being stuck, we constantly had to take it apart after trying to clean two birds one at a time we realize it was not going to work. We still ended up and plucking a lot on those two birds as well.

This machine is more trouble than it is worth. When processing Corish cross chicken it clogs about every 3 chickens. On a heritage breed with more feather your lucky you can process 1 before it clogged and jam to point it kick saftey relay. I would never buy again are tell anybody else to buy.

Unless you plan on getting a warranty plan I recommend finding a higher quality plucker. We have only used it twice in as many years and then third time it stopped working. All diagnostics indicate motor and/or electrical issue. This thing is garbage and the out of the box warranty is laughable.

USELESS.... I plugged it in the day I received it and it stopped working on chicken number 4.... It seems the motor burnt out, cheap quality do not recommend... i contacted customer service and they are as useless as the machine... money wasted, this is pure junk!

Please save yourself the money and headache by avoiding this company. First time I used the machine it quit working after less than 10 birds, reached out to the company and they sent me a replacement plug that took like 3 weeks to get here. Replaced the plug, started using again, this time in it did 4 birds then stopped working again. They are offering me $103 back. That’s not right or fair after I paid $329 for this thing! You can only communicate with them through email which is super inconvenient for a lot of people. I just want to save someone from going through the same issues I have had. This company should be ashamed of themselves.

I opened the package today and found the chicken plucker badly damaged obviously from being dropped in shipping. I plugged it in to see if it would work. I pushed the start button and it started, but when I released the button it turned off. As long as I held the button it would run. This purchase has been the worst experience I've ever had with Vevor. I had to order the plucker a 2nd time because the first time it got lost and vevor held my money for 2 weeks. Then to make matters worse this review form won't let me upload the pictures of the damage
