I was pleasantly surprised that this massager is pretty quiet. It has a decent amount of massage power. I found it took a lot of pressure to get attachments firmly in so they wouldn’t fall out during a massage, and it was very difficult to remove attachments. The product page says it has a “quick release” but the instruction manual does not give any instructions on how to install or remove the attachments. I was able to install an attachment by pushing it in firmly but after using the massager I was not able to remove that attachment - my boyfriend was able to remove by pulling very hard. I really appreciate the digital display of the battery % charge remaining. So useful to know when it needs to be recharged. The model I selected has 6 attachments including one called “big round head” and “small round head” - oddly these 2 heads appear to be the same size so I measured with a micrometer and there’s only 1/64 inch difference in diameter — one is 1 and 31/32 inches diameter and the other is 1 and 63/64 inches

This feels so good on tight muscles, especially post-workout.I have access to Therabody massage guns at my gym and have found that this less expensive version is noticeably less powerful. It doesn’t seem to penetrate as deeply into the muscles or provide the same level of relief.Personally, I believe it’s worth investing in the Therabody massage gun if you are prone to serious muscle tightness, injury or muscle-related pain. For my wife, the Therabody version has saved us so much money on physical therapy and massage therapy. Nothing else gives her such immediate relief.This VEVOR version definitely feels good and provides some relief, however I wouldn’t say it’s as therapeutic as the Therabody version. It’s great for calf muscle recovery after a long run, however I’m not sure it’s powerful enough to provide a true clinical benefit for those with a genuine muscular issue.

I like many things about the VEVOR Massage Gun. First of all, it is very powerful, mores than many other massage guns on the market. It also has many different heads that can be attached and nine different levels/functions. I have a more expensive name brand unit that has fewer heads and levels. In addition, the battery charges quickly enough and lasts a long time between charges. Finally, the unit is comfortable to hold in your hand. With all that, this could be the perfect massage gun.However, there is one major flaw with this unit. The design with just one straight handle makes it hard to use on your back or hard to reach areas; I have to have someone else hold it for my back The VEVOR Massage Gun could be the perfect massage gun if the design were changed to make it easier to use on your back. I give the unit four stars because it works so well in every other respect, and some users may not want it for their backs. However, if your back is what you need this for, you might want to consider another unit unless you have a consistent helper.

This works so well. I saw one of these at a conference and they wanted a lot more money for it. The various speeds make it feels custom made for whatever you need massaged in that moment. This is totally giftable!

I loooove a good massage but, honestly, my husband isn't that great at them. I got this massage gun for both of us. It's SUPER easy to use straight out of the box, has so many different adjustable heads, and packs a lot of power. Honestly, too much power! I could probably only handle the first and second setting but this thing goes up to a 5! I don't know who could handle it at a 5 but it's an option if you need it! It works brilliantly with three different functions including a wave function. It's a little big for my smaller hands but I was still able to use it easily. Definitely great for when you have soreness or tightness. I love it!

My son plays high school and travel baseball so he is always sore. I decided to get him a massage gun and see if it would help his sore muscles. As soon as the massage gun arrived I unpacked it to check it out. I have had a sore back and used the ball like attachment on my back. Let me tell you how great it felt, it was pure heaven. As soon as my son got home he took the massage gun to give it a try. He watched some videos on what attachments are the best to use where and how to target specific muscles and he went to work. He absolutely loves this massage gun. He works out every day and after he’s done this gun is immediately put to use. This massage gun is very powerful but surprisingly quiet. I am impressed by how long the charge lasts. Overall I am very impressed by this massage gun and so happy that I bought it for my son. My son also loves this massage gun and says that it’s vital to his training for baseball.

I have a lot of shoulder, back, hip, and thigh pain so I've tried several different types of massagers on Amazon Vine. This one is the most successful. It successfully released my thigh trigger points, which is a major problem for me. It also helped some with my shoulders. One odd thing is that it really bounces when you put it on a bone. It's not necessarily painful when you hit a bone, but it bounces off entirely. I've mostly been using the first setting, sometimes trying out the second or third. I can't imagine getting to the 9th speed, but I'm new to percussion massage. As for the attachments, I've mostly been using the ball attachment. It's somewhere between a ping pong ball and a tennis ball in bounciness/firmness. I tried out the air compression/accordian head on my stomach. It does even it out a little bit but it still didn't work for my stomach. It seems like a nice alternative to the ball. I have not yet tried the other attachments. The flat head, cylinder head, spade head, and spinal head are all hard plastic, and I worry about using them with this powerful machine. It also seems like the spinal head is not going to go around my spine enough. This massager has a nice length to it so I can reach the middle of my back myself. It's also on the heavy side, which means that I don't have to push hard to get it to work. However, if you've got joint pain or a weak grip, this might not be for you. So far the charge has held through multiple sessions.
