Il y a des tâches noires dans la cuve, à peu près à la moitié. Je vais l'utiliser une première fois, pour également la rincer et la laver, je vais voir si elles disparaissent. Le mode d'emploi est en anglais mais les images sont explicites.

Très bonne machine qualité-prix! Espérant qu'elle va durer plus que l'ancien que j'avais acheté il y a 4 ans!

Einfache Bedienung und schnelles Destillat nach knapp 4 Stunden fast 4 Liter. Der Auffangbehälter ist aus Plastik. Finde ich nicht gut und vor allem es kann keine Glaskanne extra dazu gekauft werden. Aus diesem Grund kein Wiederkauf.

Ich bin begeistert von meinem neuen Destiliergerät, das einfach tut, was es soll! Die Bedienungsanleitung ist auf Englisch, aber aufgrund der Bilder trotzdem leicht zu verstehen, die Bedienung dann sehr leicht und eingängig. Das Wasser schmeckt zunächst noch etwas metallisch, aber es wird schon sehr viel besser! Mittlerweile koche ich auch meinen Tee und Kaffee mit dem destilierten Wasser und bin angetan von dem vollmundigen runden Geschmack. FAZIT: es hat sich gelohnt!

I received this several weeks ago, I bought it to replace a similar one I have been using for several years which no longer worked, (which was a replacement for a similar unit for several years before that one!) Needless to say, I've been using these for a long time!! On average, I make 5 gallons within about 5 or 6 days. We use the water almost exclusively for drinking. I transfer the water from the one-gallon jug to a 5 gallon that sits on a water cooler to dispense as needed. If your drinking, it helps to get air into the water, pouring it into another jug from height actually helps in the taste! In addition, I use a "%rita" type filter with the top cut off, for the water coming out of the distiller to drip through into the first one-gallon jug, it lasts a very long time, usually a year, maybe longer, that is just when I change it, once a year. It also helps with the taste. (The filter make a need for the unit to sit higher, hence the stand below) Of note, distilled has no taste as is, but your brain plays tricks on you, most likely because you have false memories of actually poor tasting water being correct. Any other watet ot me now tastes and smells yucky, including all bottled water! "Air" is the key! As to this specific unit, overall, happy with it, I like the extra shroud protectors around the power to help prevent the water dribbles (see pics) into the cords. I don't think the lighted switch is required, the button on the front does all the work. The handle on top is great (my other one does not have that feature), except I find the "angle" could be better lined up. I really like the metal spout! It is much better than those I have had previously. ...that tend to fall off as they age!

Het apparaat functioneert prima. Het kraanwater komt er schoner uit als dat het er in ging.Na het proces ziet het water in het compartiment er bruinachtig uit,op zijn zachtst gezegd smerig.Van het schone water zet ik nu in het vervolg mijn koffie of Thee en geloof het of niet je proeft echt het verschil.De smaak,het aroma echt een stuk beter.Het water kun je ook goed gebruiken in stoomstrijkijzers,stoom apparaten, tapijtreinigers,kamer fonteintjes etc.M.a.w. je leidingen in al je apparaten die je thuis gebruikt blijven op die manier schoner. Dus minder vaak ontkalken.Een goede investering vind ikzelf.Zorg ervoor dat je een dag ervoor schoon water aanmaakt om het de volgende dag te gebruiken.Aangezien het apparaat warm word en warme lucht blaast is het met name in een klein vertrek ook nog eens aangenaam warm. Maar daar koop je dit apparaat niet voor.Het instapmodel die ik heb gekocht doet zeker niet onder voor de duurdere modellen. I bought it solely to make distilled water for coffee, so I could add Third Wave Water satchels after. It's easy an intuitive to use, takes 4h for 4 liters of water, but I should have paid a bit extra for the model with a glass jug. The plastic jug releases a plastic smell that's hard to manage. I washed it 5 times with 55C water + dish soap, steeped it overnight for a few days and it still made water with plastic smell. It wasn't as bad after 4 complete 4 liter distilation cycles, I think that the chemicals released by the jug were 98% worn off, and the coffee made after had no hint of plastic. The good part is that it has a fan and radiator along the exit tube, so the resulted water is at 30-37C. It's also a good clothes dryer if placed under the drying rack. Those 750W pulled from the plug make some decently warm air.

The water distiller was promptly delivered. It appears to be well built, and of durable materials, given the price. The assembly was pretty simple, although the delivery spout is difficult to seat properly and was too low to fit the water jug under. I had to raise the unit about a centimeter to get it to work properly. It started and ran through the initial cleaning cycle, but then refused to run again. The support folks suggested removing the bottom of the unit and adjusting the alignment of the reset switch. I did this and the distiller is working fine now. When I buy a new item, I do not think I should have to take it apart and make assembly adjustments to get it to function properly.

Hallo ! Ja , gut - Aber : wenn das Gerät am kochen ist , der Aufsatz mit dem Lüfter hebt sich dann & wann hoch und senkt sich wieder !?! Dampf tritt nicht aus . Die Bewegung sollte nicht sein . Habe den Aufsatz beschweren müssen , natürlich ohne den Luftstrom zu behindern. Ist die Dichtung vielleicht etwas zu weich bzw. schwach ? Abhilfe ? Ansonsten : sehr schneller Versand , top ! Gekocht er schon reichlich , jeden Tag mind. 1 mal . Lässt sich gut säubern , jedesmal mit einem Scheuerschwamm getan . Knapp 4 Stunden für die 4 Liter . Ist auch nicht zu laut , und Wärme abgeben tut er weniger als mein alter Destiller , hat dabei 100 Watt weniger . Jetzt muss er noch ebenfalls 14 Jahre laufen wie mein alter , dann ist das Gerät unschlagbar ( naja , bis auf die Dichtung ? ) , eben wegen diese Preises . TOP ! Danke !
