To be honest I had been on the fence for a few months about this product. However after seeing advertisements for it I finally decided to pull the trigger in order one. I got the hundred foot hose for our garden in the backyard. Installation was a breeze and unravels easy and retracts even easier. I am pleasantly pleased with my purchase.

I have three Vevor 1/2" hose reels and wanted to try the 5/8" version. The larger diameter hose moves a lot more water which is good. Mounting is easy. I installed a 4x4 post with a PVC post sleeve. I did need to use different screws than provided to mount the bracket.
I did not like included hoze nozzle. Turning on the water flow takes a lot of thumb pressure. I prefer the trigger operation of the one included in the 1/2" model.
A more serious issue is that the top of the reel handle area is recessed and accumulates water. This stagnant water attracts bugs and mosquitoes.
Overall, however, operation is excellent and the price is affordable.

Nice quality reel. Hose is nice too. Quality ends on the hose. Came with everything needed to mount. I used a hammer drill and the included hardware. Strong retracting! Hang onto the hose!
