Hose reel has worked as it should. No issues thus far. A couple times it has stopped retracting midway through and had to restart but I have found others do the same occasionally.

Unit was easy to install and works fine. The quality is nice and the price was excellent. Only 2 Minor issues noted - first the gun style nozzle does not have a "jet" setting. You have to switch to the alternate nozzle for jet - a little annoying. Second the "ratchet" allows about 2 - 3 feet of hose out before it clicks, so stopping the hose at the desired length is a bit of a struggle. T

Don't get 1/2" hose size. You will not be happy with the output of water in this size. I didn't know there was a larger size. Vevor was great. It was too costly to exchange so they discounted my purchase. Not the output I want by I will get by.

Works great, i love how easy it is now to just wash my car and not have to drag out a water hose , hook it up, then when finished have to disconnect and put up the hose. Makes life easier.

Works decent, I would probably only get the 50' if I were getting another... After a few uses the house doesn't return the last ten- fifteen feet with out help

Bought 2. Work great. Hard to pull out hose from reel. wish there was some tension adjustment. I suspect it will loosen up over time. would buy again.

SOLVED A GREAT PROBLEM EASY TO INSTALL DO NOT CARE FOR THE PLASTIC NOZZLES REALLY NICE NOT TO HAVE TO WIND OR ROLL THE HOSE UP PROBLEM ADJUSTING THE PIG TAIL CONNECTOR TO THE HOSE BIB LENGTH NO PROBLEMS YET JUST TO ME EXPENSIVE--

Hintaansa nähden ok laite vähän muovisen oloinen mutta hinta laatu suhde on hyvä aika painava mutta seinäkiinnike ihan tukeva

We have purchased several items from Vevor. We have been very satisfied with the quality of the products. However we recently received an item that was damaged. That was over 3 weeks ago. The service team has been very slow in responding and to date have yet to send out a replacement part. The item we ordered was for a family reunion that has now passed and this item will now sit in storage unused. Very very poor after sales service

I have 2 retractable hose reels. It has been two years and they are working (retracting) fine. The only complaint I have is the dripping nozzle. Had to replace one nozzle. However, on both reels, I had to reinforce the hose couplings where the nozzle attaches to the hose. I really dislike a dripping hose and/or nozzle. However, I dislike manually rolling up a hose more!
