Jason Widdowson Well made and a time saver
Been using this reel all summer so far its great. Reaches all the way around the house and flower beds far out in the yard. For us this one hose does everything and when your done reels up in a few seconds. No more hose in the yard or wrestling it while you wind it up on a hook. Huge convenience

Jena Hangs up easy; and hose retracts back with ease
Bought May 2026; has been a dream no more reeling up heavy hoses or having them laying in the yard, this 115ft hose is able to water all one my garden and goes back in with ease I ended up buying two more for my back yard and normal house use. Would highly recommend

Mike Great for the price BUT...
The price is super. Build quality is nice, I haven't any issues or leaks with mine. BUT...
1. This particular model is harder to mount because the bracket doesn't come off. So you will be holding the heavy reel up and trying to use a wrench to slowly turn the anchors in.
2. The reel return spring is REALLY STRONG. Just be mindful, especially if you plan on having your kids use it.
3. If the hose doesn't go back easily, just pull it out more and then sway the hose side to side so it doesn't wind up all in one spot
However these are minor, I'm very happy with it and especially at this price point it is somehow even cheaper than buying a used one
