The hose itself kinks very easily. Especially when it is fully extended. Have to fight with it everytime. That’s the only thing wrong with the design

Winds up good sometimes. Cheaply constructed Thought I'd get a much better product from Vevor.

Reel and hose are adequate, the first time I used the hose the nozzle broke, water was leaking from everywhere, had to buy a different one

Is good but when you take all is hard to get back into

My hose retractorable hose came partially broken because of poor shipping...l was able to fix it but l don't know how long it will last. The plastic parts make it accessible to breakage...which happened.

Sembra funzionale ma purtroppo non ruota a 180° ma circa a 140

Mounting hardware plugs substandard amd of odd local concrete drill size had.tp spend.more money to mount outside

It was easy to install but the retraction gives me issues and I can’t get it to retract completely.

I bought this hose reel for the ability to store the hose easily. If I want to chemotherapy nozzle I hsve to wait until the hose is completely empty, otherwise the connection on the hose, not the nozzle, just spins. When retrieving the hose I have to basically guide the hose left and right so it doesn’t bind. Truth be told, I really like this system. Just a few kinks I able able to work with. I probably should have waited for the larger version in the length I wanted.

It has no water pressure when we try to use ir and birds try and nest in it
