Title: Solid value, but lacks precision Comment: This floor jack is decent for the price, but it falls short in terms of build quality and precision. Compared to other brands I've used, the hydraulic pump feels a bit sloppy. There is significant free play in the handle, meaning you have to pump it quite far before it actually engages and begins lifting. It’s functional and a good value for the money, but it lacks the tight, responsive feel of higher-end jacks.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Jack simply does not work. It did not work when I first got it or after trying to bleed it. Money wasted. Don't be fooled by the low price, get a 4 ton jack somewhere else. Money down the drain because I wanted to cheap out on something I assumed would work.

Did not work when it arrived. The wrong parts where install in the cylinder valve. Waiting on parts. I think I have it a month now and still no parts. Live and learn, should have just went to Harbor Freight

This jack i thought was going to be better then the princess auto jacks you buy. I was so disappointed. The handle doesn't sit far enough down to properly tighten and loosen when turning the handle . The gap size is bigger where you put the handle onto at the base . I was soo disappointed. I had to modify it to use it . The cost to ship back and hope the next one better is not worth the money. Positive note. It lifts nicely for 4000 lbs jack lifted my half ton smoothly to change a tire.

its an okay jack acts like its got air in the system might need some more oil

The yolk (u- joint) is too short for the handle to connect properly, or the receiver side is too shallow (take your pick). While the build of this jack is fantastic, this is a major flaw over 2 different units sent to me. Without heavy modification the handle will NOT mesh properly with the yolk and will simply not engage.

Doesn't work that great for the price,given how big it is. It takes a lot of efort like most of my body weight to lift my truck side.

I needed a bigger jack and purchased this one. Unboxing it went well the jack look very well built and was exactly what I needed. I have 3 issues with the jack. First off it was very difficult to bleed, but finally got it to bleed correctly. The universal joint that the handle attaches to lower the jack, is not long enough. I ended up welding a piece of square stock an inch long to the end of it just so the handle would work like it's suppose to. Last but not least one of the pins that threads into the side of the jack to allow the handle to "jack" the treads were completely stripped out of it.

It broke after 3 months it just spins nonstop left and right.
