Bomba de vacío que no hace el vacío, tuve que hacer vídeos y dar pruebas que no hacía su función para que me devolvieran mi dinero y aún asi se privaron varias veces para darme menos dinero del que pagué. En resumen una pérdida de tiempo y energia.

The description for this item lists 1 1/2" inlet and outlet. The pump I received has 1/2" inlet and outlet. Instead of issuing a return label, VEVOR "AI" demands more and more documentation that the item is wrong. I attached a photo with a measuring tape showing the 1/2" size. Customer service says I need to talk to a "technician" who would respond within 48 hours. That was 7 days ago. I have purchased 37 items from Vevor. Now that I know that there is no way to return an item, I will no longer do business with this company. I am convinced that there are only AI chatbots and no humans in customer service. There is no phone #, no way to speak to a human and no way to return an item.
