They sent the wrong one, ordered the 1500lb version, they sent the 600lb version.

Quality lacking for the money spent

The instructions were terrible for this but once together it is a nice cart except for the tires. They went flat in the first use and they can’t be filled. You can hear air rushing out when trying to put air in them.

Damaged. Sent me tube to get tire fixed. Additional costs involved in replacing tube and repairing tire.

I purchased this cart to bring firewood from my garage into my home. I had two issues. First, one tire arrived flat and wouldn't hold air. I pulled the tube and found the hole at the base of the valve stem where it contacted rough metal on the rim. Second, the dimensions given for the width between the two tires only applies to the front wheel - the back wheels extended out three more inches and prevented the cart from being wheeled though my door. I bought four new flat-free tires with a narrow hub and fixed both issues. My first disappointment with a Vevor product.

this is my first purchase it is hard to give any good remarks because i can not put it together because i did not get all the nuts & bolts ask for them but just got a lot of runaround about sending pictures why do they need pictures when i told them what was missing i am older and do not know how to do all of those kind of things on a computer i was looking at a lot more items but having a hard time with the the help i received on first purchase they know what i bought they know what i needed but still gave me the runaround come on it is just a bag of nuts & bolts ( TOTALLY RIDIC ULOUS ) IF YOU ARE OLDER AND NOT GOOD WITH A COMPUTER AND DO NOT HAVE HELP THINK TWICE KNOW I HAVE TO DRIVE 40 MILES TO BUY NUTS & BOLTS (B---S---)

Purchased a month ago. Missing front axel and securing latch, have still not received parts. Here it sits collecting dust😔

I used the wagon once to carry some pool sullies from my car to the pool area and 2 cotter pins from the wheels broke and the wheels fell off. Now im left having to purchase cotter pins. Not happy with this wagon

One tire was flat when i opened the box. Their solution was to send me a tube that I had to inflate and somehow figure out how to get that into the tire. Why didn't they just replace the entire tire rather than make me inflate the tube and put it in the tire???? I had to get a tool to get the stem through the rim. It was a lot of work for a brand new wagon. Very dissatisfied.

This is a piece of crap it’s a good design but it’s poor material I need my money back
