Quality lacking for the money spent

I purchased this cart to bring firewood from my garage into my home. I had two issues. First, one tire arrived flat and wouldn't hold air. I pulled the tube and found the hole at the base of the valve stem where it contacted rough metal on the rim. Second, the dimensions given for the width between the two tires only applies to the front wheel - the back wheels extended out three more inches and prevented the cart from being wheeled though my door. I bought four new flat-free tires with a narrow hub and fixed both issues. My first disappointment with a Vevor product.

this is my first purchase it is hard to give any good remarks because i can not put it together because i did not get all the nuts & bolts ask for them but just got a lot of runaround about sending pictures why do they need pictures when i told them what was missing i am older and do not know how to do all of those kind of things on a computer i was looking at a lot more items but having a hard time with the the help i received on first purchase they know what i bought they know what i needed but still gave me the runaround come on it is just a bag of nuts & bolts ( TOTALLY RIDIC ULOUS ) IF YOU ARE OLDER AND NOT GOOD WITH A COMPUTER AND DO NOT HAVE HELP THINK TWICE KNOW I HAVE TO DRIVE 40 MILES TO BUY NUTS & BOLTS (B---S---)

The cart box arrived danged from shipping, obviously the cart box is not so rugged and durable. It tied to get Vevor to send out new replacment box but they would not and only offered me a discount which I reluctantly accepted. The cart is sold as a 1500 lb capable cart but only has tires that support 1200lb. The Vevor ad claimed a 15 cu/ft box however it is not even half of that. I wish I would have bought a Gorrila cart instead which the Vevor is made to LOOK like in pictures but they are not comparable. The Vevor cart would be good value if it was priced at $150.

This Wagon was easy to assemble and seemed sturdy and well made until I placed six #80 bags of concrete in it, and the front axle bent. The wagon is rated for #1200 pounds. This load is well short of the maximum load rating. This is disappointing. My first purchase on Vevor was a gun safe that arrived damaged and, after a few weeks, was resolved by refunding a portion of the purchase price, and I kept the damaged item. I would not recommend this item.

The tub is cracked and a tire is flat and won’t take air. I’m trying to find out how to replace the tub and the tire. I don’t want to send it back. It’s too much for the consumer to do.

I did not receive all of the parts to assemble the wagon. I contacted Vevor immediately and after several days the offered me $60 for the trouble. I told them that I just wanted the missing parts. Then after several more days they offered me a little more money. I replied back yet again that I just wanted the missing parts or tgey could send me a pre-paid shipping label and then I could send it back to them, since it seemed like they didn't want to send missing parts. I threatened to create a report with the BBB and then they gave me a full refund. That was nice of them but now I still have a wagon that has no axles or hardware bag so basically I have a box of junk that I cant use.

Purchased a month ago. Missing front axel and securing latch, have still not received parts. Here it sits collecting dust😔

I used the wagon once to carry some pool sullies from my car to the pool area and 2 cotter pins from the wheels broke and the wheels fell off. Now im left having to purchase cotter pins. Not happy with this wagon

The “tray” was busted upon receipt. You said that you would send a new “tray” but have not done so.
