Just received this cart and one tire will not hold air. Contacted customer service and she has to forward to service personnel. She said it will take 2 to 3 days for them to respond. It they approve i have to wait for shipment then so that will probably take another 2 weeks..
Update, they said they cannot send a tube because they are out of stock!
Update
Just received email they they are going to issue a refund.
The cart itself is a good cart and seems well built.

I just purchased this wagon on sale. I do a lot of gardening and landscaping in my yard and ineed to haul potting soil and mulch. I am 63 and This will help tremendously. It seems sturdy enough for my needs and I appreciate that the tires are rubber rather than plastic. Overall I’m happy with the product!

We are extremely happy with this 1200 pound dump cart. We love it's duel purpose ability. I mostly hook it to the lawn tractor to haul limbs and yard debris. Next gardening season I'll be using it to haul supplies to get the gardening started and later for the harvesting.
One minor drawback is the handle. I've got a couple of scars where the handle flopped over and received minor damage. This issue is easily resolved by tying it back with a bungee cord. I just use one of those little short ones with the ball on it. Easy on and off. It will flip if not secured. Other than that no issues.
