10 jours après la commande, j'ai dù contacter Vevor car ma commande n'arrivait pas. Un " ticket de recherche " à permis de débloquer la livraison. Aucun contact de la part de GLS. N° de colis inconnu, il fallait aller chercher sur GLS Italie pour retrouver mon colis...!!! Celle-ci à fini par arriver, mais avec l'emballage abimé, et tout ouvert sur un côté. Sinon, rien ne manquait à l'intérieur. La notice explicative de montage est bien faite, et ce n'est pas très compliqué à assemblé. La caisse en PVC ira très bien pour des feuilles ,du terreau, quelques bûches, etc, mais je doute que l'ensemble supporte 540 Kg ! je prévois de mettre une planche au fond de la caisse pour améliorer la solidité.

Une notice de montage en anglais serait bien

Mooie degelijke tuinwagen. Eenvoudig te monteren, maar wel met eigen gereedschap, want de meegeleverde steeksleutels passen niet goed. Bij gebruik van de wagen wil hij snel achterover kiepen als er weinig gewicht voor in de wagen ligt.

This a great thing to have for around the garden. So much more stable that a traditional single wheel wheel-barrow which tend to topple over when filling. Carrys more too and easier to move around when full. It's not cheap but it seems to be quite well made and will hopefully last well. If it lasts a good few years then it's well worth the money.

EDIT Update 2: After receiving the new package, it was an entirely new cart. They did not request the old one back. The new one was uncracked and in good condition. The cart works well and was able to handle all parts of building a brick patio with ease. Updating from 2 stars to 4. It would be 5, but their customer support could use a lot of work. ________________________________________ Update 1: After contacting VEVOR, I was told that they don't have a gray plastic bin in stock in their warehouse (they sell whole units but can't find a spare cart?), and that I would have to go through Amazon for returns/refunds. This would have cost me out of pocket for shipping back, and I didn't want a full return, just a replacement part. After I stated this in their customer support ticket, I was asked for my shipping address so they could send me a new unit(entire cart or just bin is unclear). I'm updating to 2 stars, and will update further once I receive the replacement. ____________________ Buyer beware. This arrived with a cracked bin. Amazon support says to contact the manufacturer. I told VEVOR that I didnt want a full return or refund, I would just like a new gray bin to replace the damaged one sent to me. VEVOR claims they are \"out of stock\" of the gray bin in their warehouse. They advised me to go through amazon for a return. I am not going through the insane trouble of trying to pack this back into a box and send it back. Beware, VEVOR customer support is absolutely terrible and a joke to deal with. They respond once a day to your ticket. If your item comes damaged you are essentially on your own.

Arrived damaged with a minor crack on the top corner but customer service took care of it promptly. Otherwise it was an easy installation using my own tools and it's sturdy and stable. Easy to dump heavy loads too.

Livré assez rapidement, bien emballé, notice de montage claire et détaillée, excellent produit très pratique avec sa benne basculante. Toutefois bien charger l'avant de la benne car risque de basculement de l'ensemble du chariot. Si besoin je rachèterai ce produit.

Love the cart. Good quality with nice features. The one major issue we have is that the tubes are horrible. Just minimal use and two tubes have already failed at the valve stem. Pretty disappointing. So expect to have to invest in some tubes or solid tires.

Solid garden cart. Heavier and larger than I expected. Frustrating assembly. I needed extra hands to assemble this but finally got it done. All, and I mean ALL the parts were scattered in the box. Luckily they were all there, but that was annoying trying to find all the nuts, bolts and washers. The box included 2 wrenches for assembly. Be sure to have your own ratcheting fastener to make the job easier. I took off one star for the annoyances I encountered with this product.

While the cart itself is amazing and easy to assemble and use, two tires went flat within a week. Never flat tires should be included as the only option rather than having to buy them separately.
