Never got to put together. Went back and forth with VEVOR messaging but no progress. Being told parts would be sent in so many business days but then nothing. More back and forth emails promising to speak to some other department in their business. Still nothing! Been a month and a half maybe longer. I asked Paypal for my money back and at least got refunded. The VEVOR box still on my porch so now what do I do with a yard wagon without a vital piece. I will absolutely never purchase a VEVOR product. I just recently got an email telling me they were shipping my "Motherboard" to me!?!?!? I emailed back, the left hand knows not what the right hand is doing I never ordered a motherboard and I let them know what pieces were still missing that I never got now the only thing I get from them is advertisements for more stuff that I probably wouldn't ever get. " Nope I've had enough of a VEVOR thank you very much!'

Smaller than in the pictures also arrived with a flat been trying to get it fixed through VEVOR customer service wanted me to replace tube and have me change it out. I told them I had no tools and they only way to fix was to get a whole wheel. But now there going to send another cart has taken a awhile for a solution I probably would not buy from them again after all this I should of just went to Home Depot or Lowe’s

I can't review this item because I haven't been able to use it. The cart came was with a tube that won't hold air I've been trying to find out how go get a replacement tube or tire they can't seem to tell me where to find a new tube . They offered me a refund of $28 which is fine but they are telling me it's because I ordered it over 6 months . I bought it on August 9th that's not 6 months ago.

I have read many of the positive reviews, and I can’t help but wonder if they’re describing a different cart than the 800-pound model I purchased. The box feels only a bit sturdier than a cheap plastic tote. The tall metal sides are so flimsy it’s almost laughable. I wouldn’t trust this cart with anything heavier than grass clippings or yard debris. Loading it with dirt or rocks? No chance. I’m honestly surprised Vevor puts its name on this product. It feels far below the standard of other items I’ve bought from them. This experience makes me think twice about ordering again. In my view, this cart feels more like something you’d find on Temu than from Vevor. Overall rating, 1 out of 5 stars.

I ordered this cart for a strenuous project.It was delivered two days after the project started even though the delivery date at purchase would have put it there two days earlier. The cart itself was defective. it would go into dump mode with nothing in the car, after being filled, and while filling the cart. The clamp that holds the dump cart down does not do its job. I asked for a full refund because the product is defective. I was denied multiple times. Vevor wanted to negotiate a portion of the refund. I even told them that I would drive it an hour away to one of their facilities to save them shipping cost. this was my first and LAST purchase from the VEVOR. This product is poorly designed. The option for it to mimic a dump truck seems great however the latch to release it and keep it in place does not hold the bucket down so when you are pulling this wagon, the slightest bump releases the latch causing it to open and dump your load. Not good at all. I’ve had to zip tie it to the frame just so it doesn’t release on its own and in doing so, I’ve lost the option to use it as intended if I needed it to do that. Waste of money!!!

eerst de montage van het handvat en de beugel ging moeiteloos.het frame van de kiepfunctie laat te wensen over en zit niet helemaal juist waardoor het moeilijk is om deze weer te sluiten(de gaten van de bouten zitten niet goed).bij het monteren van de 2 zijprofieltjes die aansluiten op het achterdeel waar de wielen op komen is het 1 bout moeilijk te bereiken om de vast te zetten.de bijgeleverde sleutels zijn de verkeerde maat.de moer op het bewegend deel is dopsleutel 21 en die zit er dan ook niet bij,als je dan geen gereedschap hebt kan je deze niet aandraaien.bij het monteren van de wielen moet je een pin in steken met rondell en hier zit vrij veel speling op waardoor de wielen wat wiebelen.al bij al is het een handig ding maar de kiepfunctie is dus niet wat het zou moeten zijn

I bought this as an alternative for cleaning up after horses compared to a wheelbarrow due to a shoulder injury. Although this product is overall decently constructed, I don't understand why it would have a 800 lb limit with something that is so tippy. The sturdiness of weight distribution is terrible. Pulling it across the yard it continues to lift up even if it looks like the load is distributed evenly throughout the wagon. Being in Florida we also have a lot of sand so although it pulls very decently through the sand again the overall imbalance of it makes it very frustrating. Also tipping the horse manure out of it is a whole other challenge. It doesn't dump all of the contents You have to actually clean out the rest of it or tip it which then if the handle gets lodged in the way it's a whole job. I bought this based on the reviews of other people saying they use it for moving horse manure. The depth of the wagon bucket also is not deep enough to really hold a lot of loose items. It does have openings where you could probably build or maybe even buy accessories to create a fence but as it is it's very basic. My boyfriend pulled me around in it so it works well with weight that's not going to require you to go over the edges or something that stays distributed towards the front front where the handle attaches. If I didn't see the value in keeping it for other things I would have asked to get it sent back and get a refund. If you have a couple of horses to pick up after and you're pulling this thing across concrete or a nice flat level firm surface you probably won't have issues but if you're trying to load it up it's not the ideal option for you.
