Nella scatola mancano le rotaie su cui far scorrere la pietra, visibili nei tutorial per il medesimo modello, ma non riportati nelle istruzioni, ci sono però i piedini per montarle dentro il forno, come se fosse predisposto. Dopo una decina di minuti di riscaldamento, le pizze sono pronte in 4-5 minuti girandole a metà, ma una alla volta, quindi non si mangia insieme, neanche in due... bisogna aggiungere qualche pellet a ogni pizza, se no il calore scende subito, ma se ne metti troppi, fa la fiammata esterna dietro nella cassettina dei pellet (va quindi tenuto in un posto molto libero tutto attorno, anche dietro). Però è robusto, fa il suo lavoro ed è ben isolato, tanto che a mettere le mani tutto attorno, non si sentono i 300°C che ha dentro, tranne, appunto, dietro.

Yesterday for the first time I had the pleasure to use the oven for a beer garden.As I didn't know what to expect since it was the first time ever using such oven I was in kind of distress but since the first pizza came out from the oven it was perfect.the oven gets quick to the right temperature but also loses it quite quick if you keep the front open for more than 10 seconds.Overall a perfect cheaper solution compared to the more expensive products on the market that do exactly the same thing
