This is basically a good product at a realistic price. Everything looks good and feels solid, and I've successfully used it to clean some second floor windows, but there are some quirks that just make me ask "Why, why, did they stop designing it when they were 99% done?" 1. When I screwed the squeegee attachment on, it came to rest at 90° to the brush head, not what is shown on the product page. To get it parallel to the brush I had to rummage through my plumbing supplies and eventually found a pair of fiber washers that let me tighten the squeegee head so it was pointing in a sane direction. 2. The quick connect from the soap bottle to the blue hose kept blowing off when I turned on the water. It just couldn't hold against the water pressure. I resorted to zipties to keep it in place. Kind of a crappy fix for a brand new product. The plastic quick connect is just not up to the task. If you have low water pressure you'll likely be OK (I was fine until I moved from the first set of windows to the second). Just be aware that you are getting something that will be usable with a bit of care and possibly a bit of jerry-rigging.

The attachments that came with this make it impossible to hook up to the standard American hose.. so it’s still in the box unused because there’s no way to connect the hose to the water line…. Totall china garbage..shouldn’t be for sale in Canada or USA

Le bocal transparent pour mettre le produit de nettoyage s’est fissuré au bout de deux utilisations . Le reste ça va c est pratique

Pas praticable extrêmement lourd, l'argent perdu.

Not enough water pressure, even with booster, trickled vs steady stream, brush didn't clean well and cleaner didn't mix well in dispenser. Will not buy again. Asked for refund.
