Pretty decent water fed pole kit. I bought the 36FT version to clean my windows with 3rd storey windows (I have a walkout basement) without using a ladder. A bit heavy to manage when extended to 30 feet but works fine. The brush head annoyingly shifts a bit and doesn't stay solidly in place, but it's workable. The only issue is that the connector from the blue flexible hose keeps blowing out from the soap bottle part (same issue as reviewed by StraightOuttaVtown). My water pressure from is low from the garden hose outlet so this plastic quick connector is poor quality with so much play that any lateral movement will blow it out. I bought this anyways knowing this is may be an issue as I can hack it for first use and later purchase a separate higher quality connector. As I had my wife assist me to turn on and off the feed to conserve water across many windows, as well as to select the soap on and off when needed, the blow out got her sogging wet multiple times. Wasn't fun for her!

The product failed after its very first use. The detergent dispenser appears to have deteriorated, rendering the kit unusable. When I contacted customer support, instead of offering a reasonable solution, I was told to request a refund only after the item had been completely destroyed. This is an absurd request. A cleaning kit should not deteriorate after a single use, and customers should not have to destroy a full product to obtain a refund for a quality issue of a small component. The product quality is disappointing and the customer support experience did not help much. I cannot recommend their services

Way too flimsy and heavy for 1 person not practical for 2 people. Only 2 strait stream of water, so way to hard for proper cleaning. Brush is not wide enough. Soap dispenser doesnt work and leaks Do not recommend

Unless you are built like the Incredible Hulk, don't buy this 39 foot pole kit. It is soooo heavy one person cannot wield it. As a matter of fact, and unbeknownst to the potential buyer, included inside the box is a 'warning' that this kit CANNOT be used by one person alone. It clearly states that this is a TWO MAN SHOW. Of course, nothing is said about this in their advertisements. Can you try to imagine two people trying in unison to move that heavy monster pole forward and backwards in a coordinated manner. Try tapping your head and rubbing your tummy. It just doesn't work. Or, more like doing the cha cha cha with a monster heavy pole in your hands. Three steps forward, three steps back. Totally uncoordinate-able. It's like working with a pole from a circus tent. FOR SALE: One 39 foot water fed pole kit with cleaning brush. Never used. I wish VEVOR would take it back.
