This is a great bit of kit. Compact storage, pretty simple to set up and get using. As you'd expect from a pole saw of this length it becomes more and more difficult to handle the higher the branches. But it works really nicely pruning back the branches of trees both on and overhanging my property. The only downside would be the cord for the pruners, which is really easy to get caught up with. Having said that it's the same for pretty much any pole saw. Very impressed with it all so far.

Very satisfied. Saved huge money taking down 5 - 40 foot dead poplars in a tight space. Could not have accomplished this without this pole saw. It is very sharp. Cut all branches from the bottom up. Then cut trunk from the top down. Did not need the second blade.

Had a widowmaker hanging about 25' in a maple. Needed every bit of this tool, but it did the trick. Good quality and great price.

I'm using this pruner around my home for oak and pecan trees. Finally I can safely reach some branches that are over my house. The poles are relatively light well made fiberglass and easy to assemble. I was surprised by the thickness of the fiberglass. I like the lack of "features" on this saw. Reading reviews of other saws that reach 18 feet or greater and cost twice as much, the biggest complaint is failure of the limb lopper or other feature that renders the saw useless. At the height this one reaches, I'm not interested in ornamental pruning. As for "easy to use", they all get awkward at long lengths. This one, not having the additional "features", is lighter at the saw end and easier to handle. Easier to use than others at this length, but still not easy to use if you don't know what you're doing.

Price is good. Unit worked for some palm tree trimming. Good to keep in shed when needed.I like the carry bag for organized storage. Solid 5 stars.

Item is as described. User must take there time at maximum height extensions. After sawing limbs it is difficult to control while fully extended.

Ten eerste ging de levering veel sneller dan aangegeven en dat is mooi. De zaag is van voortreffelijke kwaliteit. Mooi afgewerkt en met het extra zaagblad en de sterke tas zeer compleet. De eerste tak heeft er al aan moeten geloven. Het zagen is wel even een ding. Het zaagblad is vlijmscherp met de dubbele Japanse vertanding. Echter is de zaagsnede even dik als het zaagblad. De kans dat het blad vastloopt als de tak knikt is dan ook groot. Het gebeurde bij mij meteen. Moeilijk te realiseren, maar je kunt dus het beste de tak van boven of schuin van boven zagen, door wat verder van de boom af te staan. Dan leunt de zaag ook beter op de tak en werkt het lichter. Dunne takken kunnen erg zwiepen, die kan je het beste met korte halen steeds van boven naar beneden afzagen.

This is a very well made, sturdy piece of kit. We had overhanging branches from neighbouring property to sort out. It was a breeze with the 27ft extendable saw blade. Some of the branches were 4 or 5 inches in diameter and with some steady , patient sawing got through them no problem. The hook on the end of the blade is great for retrieving branches which snag in the tree as they fall too. A spare blade and carry case are included and also a sheath to protect the very sharp blade in on the pole after use. We went on to prune several other trees at lower heights using extension poles, very versatile and well worth the money. Nice and quiet on surrounding neighbours too rather than usual annoying petrol saws etc.

Arrived quickly.I ordered because it offered features and a reach not available on competitors pruners. It performed well and I’m satisfied with the product. Quality is good but I do wonder how the locking poles will hold up over time. I’d buy again.

Very easy to assemble and very light still at full height, very sharp and solid blade and ised correctly leaves a nice clean cut, decent quality carry bag to keep everything safe and out the way
