My family has used this five times now and we feel buying this has been money well spent. It has cut high branches that were hanging over the house. This has allowed for better air circulation to the roof, extending the shingle life. We were able to cut back dead branches easily and safely from the ground as well. I have used this tool with much success and I'm 71 years old. My son has also used this to trim back branches from the ground. We both love this tool and would recommend it. We both agree there is a learning curve as with anything new but with some patience learning it's operation, we have been happy with it. It sure beats dragging a ladder around and is much safer! Some had commented about the saw blade being flexible and it is but once you get some experience using it, that is not a problem and actually works to help and make cutting smoother. We have been cutting sugar maple and white oak trees with no problems. I don't usually write reviews but I felt this is a great tool and I would recommend it.

The pole saw is easy to assemble but is a wee bit heavy & unwieldy when completely put together. That's probably to be expected when it's over 8 metres!!!

when the entire full length is difficult to use as it weighs a lot and you are afraid that it will break, but it saws well and cuts

Attachment is easy to put together. The blade works well. I love the end of the blade that has the little hook

It was a great deal for the price. I have cut a lot of tree limbs with it and my trees look much better. Just what I wanted from the product.

A little heavier than expected but does the job and should last my lifetime. With a small adjustment (drilled hole) I have added a "trimer" which has allowed me to reach the highest branches I wanted to remove. The weight, though, does require assistance for this 82 year old to work safely - and successfully.
