I got it almost two months ago and can't use it.

The unit becomes very heavy when fully loaded, and combined with its own weight, it can be difficult to maneuver. In practice, the ground is rarely perfectly level, making it unrealistic to assume it can be moved easily wherever needed. The nozzle is also quite fragile and susceptible to damage. In addition, any accessory or attachment not currently in use is likely to be misplaced, as the unit does not provide a dedicated storage compartment for these components. Nope, I will return it for refund.

Bought this unit. Used it three times. Battery no longer holds charge.

ABSOUTLY TERRIBLE SERVICE. THERE WAS AND STILL IS A MISSING PART, NO WAND WAS IN THE BOOK/PACKAGE SO I CANNOT USE IT. I CALLED 1O TIMES AND NO ANSWER AND THE EMIAL FAILED. VERY , VERY DISGUSTED WITH YOUR COMPANY. I WASTED HOURS TRYING TO GET THROUGH TO YOUR COMPANY I WOULD NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM YOUR COMPANY AGIAN AND I AM TELLING EVERYONE ELSE THE PROBLEM THAT I HAVE/HAD WITH YOUR COMPANY,,,,,JAS 231- 620-2260

Absolutely awful quality and the WORST customer service I've experienced ever. This is the second time a cheap part broke (first time while assembling it) within a year. Customer service requires texts back and forth before ordering a part. It's been 4 days and I have not heard back about a leaking part of the hose reel. I can't use the sprayer and springtime weeds are gaining hold of my landscaping while I have to wait who-knows-how-long. DO NOT BUY (or, buy mine from me... I'm looking for another brand with better quality and service).

Product was awful, leaking, did not work at all. Customer service was zero help and sent a "replacement" that was clearly used and also did not work. Do not buy anything from this place

Save your money. One season and everything is corroded rusted and falling apart. I didn't even use it for a full season. I cannot convey to you how disappointed I am in this big pile of junk. Now I'm going to set it by the road and let somebody else take it and see if they can fix it.

We purchased this water tank to water our greenhouse before the irrigation was turned on in the spring. Our plan was also to be able to throw this into the back of our pick up and take it to our jobs. The price was appealing so we purchased. It arrived quickly and seemed to be easy to put together. The nozzle was however very cheaply constructed and looked like it would be easy to break. Once assembled though it became apparent that it did not work. A google search took us to some YouTube videos to help troubleshoot the problem; nothing worked. Customer service for this company is an AI bot so you get no immediate help. It took WEEKS of back and forth with VEVOR to get to the point where they offered to send me a new pump. However, our experience was so frustrating that we decided we would rather just return the product. I purchased this product on March 2. At this writing (a month later) I am still waiting for a shipping label and now have to disassemble and put back into a box to send back. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

This has been the worst transaction ever. I received my 15 gallon tank with a huge crack in it. I had several nuts and boats missing along with the sprayer itself. I have tried for days and days to call someone on the actual phone instead of speak to AI and computers. They want me to send photos of the missing parts and I don't know how you do that. I've sent them everything I know to send and called every number I know to call and still there is no one in touch with me. If you are smart you will not will not buy these products from these people. I know there's a way you can look my name up to call me this is the whole truth people. This is not half truths from people that want to be popular this is the whole truth from a person that actually uses it.

Arrived missing pieces to assemble. Cant complete step one of assembly. Wasted a week communicating to Vevor wanting a return for refund as I can't assemble and use. Was offered $20 and then $40 to keep over $200 order that is unusable as received. Can't assemble much less use. Do not read my emails just automated responses or offers to refund $20 and do not address I can not assemble or use the item I ordered. Cant get a return label for a refund. Had to dispute with my bank. First and last order I place with Vevor. Horrible customer service, chat only no phone support. Dont care or even offer helpful solutions. Very frustrating.
