This Heather stopped working suddenly. Is the second item that I bought from you that is wrong I need it . Is my busy season at my food truck and This stoped working . What a dissatisfaction. My busy food truck season has started, and this stop has stopped working. What a disappointment! I don’t want money half of the money ; I need a new one as soon as possible. I can sent it back .

Stopped working. You will never get a response from customer service—they simply don't respond. It's impossible to get through by phone or contact anyone for assistance. They even asked me to disassemble a product that is still under warranty. Absolutely terrible company and even worse customer service. I would not recommend them.

Bought this and it stopped heating up. Tried to get an exchange and was offered $20. I will never shop with this product again Very disappointed

We bought several cases of brats to sell for a fundraising event for our non-profit. We set this up and water spilled all over the floor the entire time. Environmental Health said they would cite us if we continued to use it because it was faulty equipment so we had to scrap use of it altogether and cook from a pot instead. Needless to say it affected our fundraising efforts horribly. The company then wants you to show a video or photo of your issue to send it back and be refunded, as if you have not already suffered enough with their faulty equipment. Talk about adding insult to injury!

Deuxième produit similaire acheté. Les deux n'ont jamais fonctionné. PAs même une seule fois. à cause de fuite incessante. J'ai laissé des vidéos, commentaire et photos pour la réclamation et le remboursement mais aucune réponse. Déception complète. Une arnaque. Je souhaite le remboursement intégral.

Unhappy with this food warmer, the stand by light does not work, the food is warmer at the end where the heating element is, when slow we move food pans around to make sure food is evenly warm. WE WOULD LIKE TO RETURN THIS WARMER.

This bain marie rusted in the velding seems after first time use. This will defintly be a leak problem in a short while. Its the same with a heater i bought. Its also rusted sheep and poor metal work.

Works great terrible drain design makes it hard to clean out

We are a small catering company that bought this food warmer for our popup events. It heats up pretty good. Maintains temperature. Easy to clean. Useful. But does have its caveats with regard to build quality and below par quality control of this seller. We trust but we verify always. A day before our event, we tested water heating time and realized that there is a huge leak under the back right corner. Ran to the nearby hardware store, bought SteelStik Steel Reinforced Epoxy Putty and followed its instructions and plugged the leak. Next day tested again. That leak was plugged. Went to the event. Setup the stall. Only to realize now there’s a minor leak on the left front corner. We were able to manage because it was not huge. That leak is the video I am uploading here. Video is self explanatory. We don’t have prior experience with commercial food warmers. First time. So may be what you get is what you pay for I guess. Buy this item under your own risk. Test a couple times before you fully use in a commercial setup.
