I bought one of the same again as the first one was much better design than previous hose reels I have used. The assembly is fairly easy to follow with directions and didn't take much effort making it well worthwhile.

A part was missing because the box had a hole in it from shipping. The missing part was replaced. Very satisfied with the quality of the product.

Sturdy, rolls nicely, and can hold a lot of hose. So far I'm very happy with this cart. Initially they had sent wheel axles which were too short, but after contacting them, they sent the correct ones, which arrived about 7-10 days later. Happy with the customer service though.

I don't normally write reviews, but this reel is so good I bought a second one for the backyard hose and I'm happy to let folks know it's a great design. The all stainless steel construction makes it attractive (I mean, it's a hose reel, but still) and the light, easy winding means I can retract 100' of hose in just a few seconds. There was some assembly, of course, but it was pretty straightforward. Highly recommend this item.

This is half the price than what you can get at Lowe's, very happy with it, GREAT price! Only small issue is a little play in the handle where it connects to the base - no biggy. I would definitely recommend it and buy it again.

Good quality all metal product. Heavy enough to not need bracing when rewinding a 100ft hose but light enough to be easily moved around. It's also tall enough to minimize stooping when on wheels only. Easy to put together. NOTE: This does NOT come with a leader hose.

Decent Price for the capacity of the unit. Takes a while to assemble. Hope it lasts well. Tyres are good as no air to go flat. Comes with a short hose as well, Thats great. Loaded It up with 60m x 19mm of Super Extra Heavy Duty Rubber hose (which is a lot bigger and heavier than standard 18mm) and still Easy to push around once full. Works Well.

I would like to report that there is not enough axle space between frame and cotter pin hole to mount the solid tires without reworking to fit. Such as cutting off 1/4 inch op axle piping at frame,which I had to fit.
