POOR and cheap Build.

It's pool Design Hose is very poor Quity Plasric Nostle.

Bought it last fall installed it used it a couple of times worked great stored it for the winter and put it back on in the spring first time I tried to use it the retractable spring broke so I say steer clear

Leaks more at the unit than at the end by the nozzle. No matter how much I try to get it to seal or work.

cheap stuff, poor quality.

I ordered the 100 ft. And received what seems to be less than 50 ft. I've been traveling and sick so I just got around to installing it and it isn'tanywhereclose to 100ft. It seems to be a very good product, they just sent the wrong one.

Within a month. Spring broke internally and couldn't get them to replace it. Only used it like 8 times. Crazzyyyyyy

junk, leaks a water gun and cannot tighten it or take it off

Great concept, but absolute joke. The reel that moves from left to right as the hose goes in or out gets stuck on the right side often and is very difficult to get unstuck. Looking inside, the mechanism and band that control the reel are very thin rubber and plastic... there is no way these will last, especially when they get stuck all the time. I bought 2, such a waste of money.

I'm sure I would give a good review if I would have got it. I never received it, I ordered it and paid for it. I waited for over a month and receive nothing. After about three weeks I emailed customer service and asked for an update on order. I was told to wait until 1, April and if it didn't arrive by then, they would refund my money. That's what happened they refunded my money and I never received it.
