My husband bought me the VEVOR hose reel for Christmas. It does not retract or pull out easily. The hose is not flexible at all and it makes watering difficult.

This device has a weak water stream compared to other garden hoses. If water pressure is important to you, then buy 5/8 hose instead of 1/2 inch hose.

130 foot Retractable hose reel
One good thing but several not so good of things. The length of the hose is great, but the length and size of the hose is also detrimental if you don't have the pressure and flow to push the water through such a small sized hose. I have half the pressure I normally would with a larger hose. Also, the crimped end of the hose leaks non stop (where the sprayer gets twisted on).

Retractable hose 1/2.
Fairly low water flow, I should have ordered the 5/8" hose. Sprayer was packed at the bottom of the box and was broken. I still haven't received the replacement. Very frustrating customer service dept to deal with. After the purchase i received pop-ups from a third party offering a lower price. Probably won't buy from them again. Gave 2 stars because it seems to be well built.
