The retracting spring broke after the third or fourth time, maybe? So rather than replace or refund. Vevor has tried to get me to fix it. Told me that how to operate it which was absolutely silly then offered to have it fixed and give me $20 for my trouble. Then offered me $32 for the thing because there is nowhere to get it fixed around here. I asked several times to either refund it or send me another one and they keep sending me messages to do things other than what I want them to do

Bought this hose reel now it leaking from sprayer but cant get it off cause of the design on male end. It just spins when I try and unscrew it.Ill have to cut sprayer off I guess but itll happen to next sprayer I put on it. Its a terrible design!

Bonjour voici mon problème, Pistolet qui fuît 1 semaine après sont utilisation voir sur la photo.

L'enroulage automatique ne fonctionne pas donc le tuyau ne se range pas. Impossible de contacter VEVOR pour un remplacement via le formulaire car le téléchargement de photos ou vidéo ne fonctionne pas.

J’ai acheté au mois de février cet enrouleur en payant le prix fort et pour être tranquille pendant plusieurs années , et à l’ouverture du colis je constate que le produit est endommagé au niveau de l’axe qui maintient les 40m de tuyau. Après ma réclamation auprès du service client, ils me Demandent des photos du carton pour savoir si le produit a été endommagé pendant le transport . Pas de chance pour eux le carton est en excellent état . Donc je conclus que le service qualité n’a pas Fait son travail , et celui qui fait le packaging est passé outre . Première discussion avec un chat : elle me Tutoie super le Respect de la Clientèle J’attends deux jours ouvrable , je refais une demande . On me demande photo du carton pour au final me proposer un dédommagement de 20€ . 😂😂😂 A croire que j’ai acheté un produit d’occasion . Donc si j’accepte , j’aurais payé 80€ un produit cassé . Non désolé je veux un remplacement de mon produit Ci dessous leur proposition : Bonjour, Merci pour votre mail. Considérant que vous êtes notre précieux client, nous souhaitons vivement vous offrir une solution satisfaisante. Nozzle leaked straight out of the box the more you try to fix it the worse it gets

Hose is already leaking from spray nozzle. Customer service is nonexistent. Wish I didn’t buy!

The construction of the unit is very good, very solid, it retracts well, and I stalls well. The biggest concern is the hose, the material it is made of smells like petro-chemical death. I had planned on using this to water my vegetables, but even after 2 months the hose smells AWFUL. I really wish I could return or exchange it for the version with the white hose. This would be fine for washing cars, or running a pressure washer, but this version smells like cancer.

The body is very plastic like and not as durable as my Girraffe. The spring suck in when it likes, sometimes takes a few tugs to get it to react. The mount is also plastic. I really wanted the upgraded version but not sure how I ended up with this one.
