ordered a 5/8 inch hose from Vevor, but received a 1/2 inch instead. The product did not match the description, so I had to contact support. To their credit, they did refund part of the cost, which was appreciated. However, this is still an important issue. I recommend carefully checking everything you receive from Vevor before using it, as there can be mistakes in sizing or product details. Overall, customer service did respond, but accuracy in shipping needs improvement.

When you pull the hose out most or all the way, and retract it the whole thing shakes so bad u til the pin comes out of the bottom. Have to be very careful, it’s only plastic

Didn’t hold up very well in the sun.. plastic is breaking.

There is a small leak coming from the housing of the hose reel. I’m not sure where it’s coming from because I can’t disassemble it. Doesn’t seem to affect the functionality and I’m mostly happy with it. It’s just a little frustrating that it’s already leaking and I just got it.

Mechanisch in Ordnung. Leider ist der Schlauch von schlechter Qualität. Der Schlauchanschluss der Trommel ist mit dem Anschlussstück verpresst - und somit nur schwer zu reparieren! Der Anschlussschlauch der Trommel löst sich nach nur einem Jahr auf - wobei sich die Innen- und die Aussenhülle voneinader trennen! Ersatzteile?

Had this a few months, already won’t reel back up. It only gets used 2-3 times per week to water plants. Love the idea, just need it to work!

This seems to work okay. I thought I was purchasing the newer Version with the steel lock pin and other features and this is the older style. I was going to purchase 3 more longer units and neighbors had interest but not if I don’t know what I am actually getting.

The product is fine, pricing not nearly as much of an insentive as it used to be. Shipping is absolutely deplorable! I'm talking, enough to make you think long and hard about throwing vevor to the wolves and paying a few dollars more for a company who actually cares about their product being delivered on time (or at all for that matter) They use the most useless shipping companies who either don't deliver the product, or drop the product at the edge of the road rather than actualy delivering (somewhat close) to the door, or some of your product is delivered, then several days later (once you've spent the time to make a claim- then they tell you to check with your all your neighbors, family, extended family, friends, pets, aunts/uncles, old friends, or perhaps a group of turtels that may have tought about looking at what was supposed to be your delivery.....) they might give a $hit... I mean- it's really, truly bad!
