I originally ordered 12 of the 6 packs late last fall.i wanted to complete my project so i ordered 2 of the 8 pack to save money.when i had the trellises ready to assemble that is when i noticed that they were not exactly the same quality and pattern as the 6 packs. Difficult to see The quality of these trellises in the ad. I contacted vevor to return and purchase the other 3 packs of 6 to complete my project and was told it would be expensive for me to return. I was offered a credit of $150.00 on a $453.00 purchase. I was disappointed as I still Had to buy 3 of the 6 pack trellises. I would have thought that having ordered 12 packs previously that I would have been offered a full refund or a larger credit. I initially told the customer rep that they weren’t the same pattern. He said that was my issue and would have to pay to have the order returned. In fact the problem was the flimsy quality of the 8 packs. If I would have said that in the first place, they would have paid for the return. Disheartening.

This is a great item, BUT it is missing the nuts and bolts and I have been trying to get Vevor to send them to me and they just keep sending me emails asking for more pictures.... So frustrating!!!

Aucune tenue dans le temps, metal très fin. Soudure qui roule et fragilise la structure, réponse du vendeur: "races de rouille sont présentes sur les soudures locales, ce qui n'affecte pas l'utilisation réelle du produit. Cela peut être dû à une accumulation d'eau prolongée au même endroit". Donc treille a utiliser dans un jardin mais sans pluie.... A fuir!
