Very solid build. Assembly quality and precision are generally very good, some minor misalignment's here and there, within 0.2 degree precision, but at extreme angles expect 0.4 degrees, I bought 3 sets, there are slight variations between them. On a fine tuned saw you can expect very high quality results with this Vevor miter gauge. The grater is extendable up to 35"/890mm that's very impressive. Simple repeatable cuts with the built in stop, which has micro adjustment. It can be difficult to read the millimeter measurement as it is partly hidden by the pointer, Inches are easy to read though. The pivoting screw in the angle meter, has a slight wiggle 0.1 degree, its as good as it gets with the design used. I would buy again.

For the price, this is a very good Miter Guage for the DIY'er. The fit into the T-slot was a bit loose, but that was easily corrected by wrapping two strips of painter's tape on the bottom and side of the slide. I've seen much worse fits on more expensive miters.

So far looks great. Set up was almost bang on out of the box! A few minutes of tweaking and it's good to go. It's very solid and should last for some time. To get a miter gauge of this quality and feature set for less than a 100 bucks is outstanding! Happy I made the purchase!

Excellent build quality. True out of the box. Best bang for your buck miter guage on the market. The only feature I wish I would have is the ability to use a sacrificial fence.

What you should know

The good and the bad. Tested on portable worksite tablesaws from DeWalt, Skil and Vevor and on cast iron Sabre 450 bandsaw. It fits all of these saws. The most precise fit is the Sabre where the gab is 4/10 mm in both groves, I think that is as good as it gets, you have the grub screws and rollers for at tighter fit, I will return to that subject. On the worksite tablesaws, honestly every grove is slightly different, the DeWalt is most precise, the Skil not as precise and on the Vevor the groves are not straight. But the problem is a different one, the table on a jobsite saw is aluminum with some kind of coating and the slider bar on this and almost all miter fences is steel. So you have hard metal sliding against soft aluminum, you are gonna wear down the grove. And the worst part are the grub screws with spring loaded balls, they really dig into the aluminum, shaving off that one side of the grove. Spring loaded, means they are flexible, it stops the rattle, but not the movement of the slider when under pressure, and so the precision goes out the window. It's absolutely good enough for construction work, but not high precision work If you like me have watched YouTube videos, where they immediately throw the miter fence in the trash bin and they tell you you need to get a proper one... And this Vevor seems to be the solution, it's not crazy expensive and it looks and feels solid and well crafted. It's a yes and no. Firstly pretty much all of these higher quality miter fences are heavy duty, and the fence extends way beyond the table, so it is off balance, even the DeWalt with a slightly larger table it does not balance well. But when used on a cast iron table on a stationary saw, it's like a match made in heaven, it''s resting fully on the table and slides smoothly across the cast iron surface, always in balance. Yeah the spring loaded balls I can only say it is not the greatest choice, plastic washers are simpler and better, they don't flex the way the balls do, y
