It sucks. It won't cut. It starts to cut and then it stops. I have check the ground several times. It just won't cut. Very uhappy with this machine.

Broke out of box trying to get refund repair anything from these people Lites for a tenth of a second then quits Seems like return would be swift but a week of stalling Im zero impressed

I’d like to say it cuts great but I can’t because it doesn’t work.

This machine sputters and doesn't cut metal. The Nossal tip appeared to be used right out of the box, Vevor seemed to be ok with this and totally ignored my statement pointing out that the machine appeared to be a used unit. Vevor Support plays around with back-and-forth email dialog for adjustments to get the machine to work correctly, none of which have worked. The warranty and return are not as presented, I am disillusioned with making this purchase and future purchases of anything that has technology, very disappointed. Sometimes better to go with a brand name that stands behind their products and their warranty.

Won't register about 10psi for some reason. Keeps displaying 252 Err. Contacted support to get told that they emailed someone and they would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours.... I need this working now not in 24 hours or more

Plugged unit in and it didn’t work. Called customer service, absolutely no help!!!! Would not warranty or repair!! Just out the money and product

I am running the 50 amp plasma cutter on the full 50amps with 220volts and the air at max of 99 and I cant cut a piece of 3/16 inch metal clean. I've asked for a refund and they won't give the refund. They have sent me videos on how too set up which ive tried and it still dont work and I still cant get a refund. There 30 day money back guarantee is bullshit. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE.
