So far, so good done what I've wanted it to do. Little hard to saw The higher up you go I just you can't get leverage because of the bend in the bowl, but you let the saw do the thing and it works, Does the job?

At 27ft it's a little wobbly, but it still works with a little lining it up. With a few rods on it works great.

Very good quality. The blades are sharp and cut quick. The poles are strong with minimum flex and the locking system works to keep the poles from unscrewing. Note for some reason they didn't put the lock system between the blade section and the pole. If they add this it would be perfect.

Good, solid piece of equipment . Works well and canvas equipment bag appears to be well made and will probably last a long time. The rubber handle on the pole is my only complaint as it is already wearing thin. I do however like how the pole pieces screw together and hold. The full length pole with all seven pieces together are pretty heavy and make for a good workout when using. Overall a good buy

I used the hook saw to cut & pull down some palm tree seed pods that were about 7m high. The assembly of the sections was easy but the pole becomes very heavy to lift from horizontal and unwieldy with all of the sections in place (it needs 2 people to manage it safely) and I had a few fibreglass splinters in my hands afterwards, which must have come from the poles, so I'll make sure that I wear gloves next time. The hook blade was effective at removing the seed pods. Definitely faster and safer than climbing a ladder to cut down the seed pods. There was one broken piece - the latch on the plastic blade cover was broken off (the cover is still functional).

Ich bin 83 und wenn 4 oder mehr Abschnitte zusammen befestigt sind, wird es mir etwas schwer. Außerdem war es bei einer Verlängerung mit 4 oder mehr Abschnitten schwierig, so hoch im Baum genau zu erkennen, wo sich das Sägeblatt oder die Schere befand … mit anderen Blättern und Zweigen um die Schneide herum. ABER ich lerne immer noch, es zu benutzen und denke, es ist ein gutes Produkt. Ich kann so weit oben in den Bäumen arbeiten, wie ich es vorher nicht konnte. Ich konnte mehrere tote Äste entfernen, was mir vorher nicht gelungen war.

I’m 83 and when 4 or more sections are fastened together, it gets a little heavy for me. Also, when extended with 4 or more sections, I found it difficult to see exactly where saw blade or scissor cutter was located that high in the tree…with other leaves and branches around the cutters. BUT, I’m still learning to use it and think it’s a good product. Can get way up in the trees like I haven’t been able to before. I was able to remove several dead limbs that I hadn’t been able too.

The pole saw assembled as designed and worked for my requirement. I needed to top off a spruce tree and use the saw blade horizontally, thankfully I did not have to use all the extensions (minus 1). The pole gets heavy when extended to full length., even at the length I used. Granted if I was using it in the vertical position, it would have been better. The blade was sharp and the keeper buttons secured the main sections of the pole. note that the last / tip section does not have a locking button, but was OK and did not get loose while I sawed. It is pretty heavy, but the again I'm 77 years old!!!

All in all the saw works, but there is considerable flex at the blade which causes difficulty in cutting. I understand the pole should flex that’s not the problem, the problems are the blades could be a little bit thicker to keep them from bending and flexing overall
