Das Gerät wurde innerhalb einer Woche geliefert. Dann begann der "Stress". Gerät aufgebaut, getestet, funktionierte nicht. Abgebaut, eingepackt. Support angeschrieben. Support verlangt ein Video, wieder aufgebaut gefilmt, nachgereicht, abgebaut, eingepackt. Reaktion des Support immer Nachts. Immer vertröstende Mails. Nach Fristsetzung immer noch eine Antwort vom Bot. Paypal eingeschaltet. Irgendwann eine Reaktion das sie mir die Hälfte des Preises erstatten würden. Dies habe ich abgelehnt, ich wollte nicht nachverhandeln, ich wollte die Ware zurück geben und das Geld zurück weil ich bezweifelte das bei einer erneuten Lieferung es anders sein würde. Dieses Angebot dann an pay pal geschickt und irgendwann kam die Bestätigung das ich das Geld zurück bekomme. Auf Nachfrage ob sie das Gerät jetzt endlich bei mir abholen kam die Antwort ich solle es bitte entsorgen. Es war der erste und letzte Versuch bei diesem Shop.

J’ai commandé une machine avec 3 bacs mais j’ai reçu une machine avec 2 bacs !!!! Ça fait 15 jours que j’essaye de les contacter , impossible d’avoir une réponse ! Je n’ai jamais le même interlocuteur, on me pose toujours les mêmes questions . Tout ceci m’a porté un préjudice moral mais aussi financier.

Livrée avec une semaine de retard sur le délai annoncé… A fonctionner 24 heures avec un rendu produit catastrophique ( mou , à peine givrée) Pour tomber en panne après deux jours d’utilisation la pâle de brassage ne tourne plus … Le Sav est inexistant… 😡😡😡

Making noise. Extraordinary noise

Every time we try to run the slushy function the material around the drum that scrapes the ice is too week to handle the material, it warps and starts making a loud thunk noise hitting the plastic container they the system jams up. And it’s not even set to a cold setting. I hope the manufacturer reads this review and plans on reaching out to make things right. The system would work a lot better with mettle material instead of plastic.

Purchased this unit for a good price and was excited to use it. The first time we set it up it did not work. The unit internals spun, but the unit did not chill or cool our mix...very disappointing. I guess you get what you paid for. Just submitted a return request and we will see if Vevor makes good on standing behind their product. If so, I will revise this post accordingly.

Product arrived faulty, did not cool the liquids in the bowl at all. Was refused a replacement by the company. They told me to find someone to fix it and offered $165 compensation. After numerous refusals of their “solution” they increased the offer of compensation, several times. I refused. After repeatedly being told to get it fixed (which is not easy as very few repairers work on slush machines) I suggested that I would seek support from the ACCC, Vevor eventually provided a refund. Will not be buying from them again.
