The machine is less than 2 months old and has grease leaking from machine into slushy mix and I cant get anyone to contact me for help. Ive tried email, theres no chat button that works on their site and I googled a phone number to call and it just rings then says no one is available to call and I need to call back later. My machine has been down for over a week now with no help

Cannot get the machine to freeze past 12 degree. Has never worked since I received it. Sent for help multiple times. No phone - continual back and forth via email every 48-72 hours. Waste of my time and money.

Would NOT Recommend Very disappointed with this VEVOR slushy machine. The biggest problem is the temperature control keeps resetting itself back to -1.5°C, even after I set it colder. Because of this, the slush gets runny and the machine doesn’t perform the way it should. I looked into the issue and found other owners on Reddit reporting similar temperature-reset problems, so I don’t appear to be the only one. The worst part is VEVOR’s customer service. For a machine that costs thousands of dollars, there should be real phone support. Instead, you’re stuck dealing with email and chat, and getting proper help has been extremely frustrating. I would not buy another VEVOR machine. If you’re considering one for a business, do your research first. I wish I had.

Did not work the first time I went to use it and wasted product and then had to go get drinks for the party because it wouldn’t freeze so disappointing! Now with customer service they want a video or picture showing the issues I didn’t have my phone on me and certainly wasn’t thinking about taking a picture or video when I’m panicking about why isn’t it working and reading the manual which isn’t very good or helpful very vague information. It also started making weird noises when I was cleaning it out just on the mix mode like they said to do to clean it . I noticed a part floating around in the bottom of the machine which is laying on the condenser as well while I was looking at it and noticed something white sticking out the drip tray holder holes ! I don’t know if something happened with shipping because the box had a warning detector something stating that if red inspect because it’s been damaged some how . … well both were red ! The price was right but if it doesn’t work it’s just wasted money and I don’t have that money to waste . I will update this review when I see how customer service responds after telling them I can’t afford to buy more slushy products just to take a video of it not working and having a part dislodged laying on the condenser makes me uneasy to start it up again .

★☆☆☆☆ Not Happy With This Purchase I am very disappointed with this purchase. We bought two Vevor slush machines, and one of them stopped working shortly after we started using it. When we contacted customer support, we expected them to repair the machine or arrange a return. Instead, they just kept sending us videos showing how to troubleshoot and fix it ourselves. We paid for a new machine, not a repair project. If you're not a handyman or don't have technical experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this product. The build quality feels cheap, and the after-sales support is very poor. For the money we spent, we expected a reliable product and proper customer service, but we got neither. I would not purchase this product again or recommend it to others.

I have had nothing but problems with this machine. The dispensing unit continues to leak to the point the drip tray overflows. The other I believe the back seal is continuously leaking. I have reached out to customer support/tech support on these issues with no resolution. I have been instructed to change and clean the seals with I have done several times. It has been leaking since we got it and has caused an enormous mess since we got it - our floors and cupboards are completely sticky with slushie mix- If we do not empty the drip tray every 1/2 hour with overflows and is a big mess. I have reached out about getting it replace but have not gotten a reposnse.

Received this product hasn't worked! Contact customer service, said they were going to be in touch and haven't heard from them. Very disappointing.

WE did not even get a month out of this machine, temp problems. support team, the WORST I have ever seen, not able to assist, just keeps repeating the same line. Asked for a refund and they have started ignoring the emails, HIGHLY recommend not buying this product or any product from this company.
