I was very impressed on how fast the shipping was, machine was packaged very well. I hooked the machine turned it on, water started filling reservoir, timer on control did its count done, but the water never chilled. Machine went into harvest mode cube plate got very hot , then went through its cycles like it should only the cube plate never gets cold. I had to text customer support because the had no phone service. After taking video and pics on what it was doing and waiting for their service tech to access what was wrong, they decided it would have to be on site repair. I offered to do the repairs if they sent the parts, no response from customer service and then they emailed me that I had not responded to them and they were going to close the ticket. So I asked for them to fix it , replace it, or refund my purchases they finally decided to refund my purchase I sent the machine back they provided a fedex shipment label. Then wait for them to receive it back and refund my purchase. I paid through PayPal Pal , so now I have to hurry up and wait some more! So over a month has passed ihave notice from PayPal that the funds will be available after the 7th of July! I just ordered another ice machine hopefully I won’t have any regrets! Hope this helps someone.

Super!! Machine au top, livrée comme convenu. Dommage que les raccords et filtres ne soient pas dans le colis et que ce ne soit pas indiqué dans le descriptif et que ce ne soient pas proposés en option ou achat complémentaire !!!!! Pour ma part, Probablement une machine au top!!! INUTILISABLE !!!!! Service client contacté : « photo de la machine dans son emballage » et « éléments manquants sur la photo du site » effectivement ils ont raison…, les raccords et filtres sont sur tous les modèles mais pas sur celui ci!!!! Aucune proposition à ce jour du site, même pour me les vendre….. On se fait avoir, n’étant pas un super inspecteur des images fournies… JE VOUS INVITE TOUS À REGARDER AVEC ATTENTION LES PHOTOS DES PRODUITS PROPOSÉES PAR CE SITE ET NE PAS VOUS CONTENTER DÛ DESCRIPTIF !!! Seules les photos font foi. Peut être que VEVOR me proposera les raccords et filtres, tout pour pouvoir installer et utiliser cette machine…… ou pas…… Je complèterais ce commentaire !

The thing came damaged. I had shipping protection. They tried to give me $30. It does not deduce 100lbs a day. The compartment doesn’t hold 30lbs of ice either. A full container holds about 2-1b bags. Sometime the pressure switch where the water fills doesn’t shut the inflow off. 3/10 stars. I’ll be surprised if it lasts a year. Do not waste your money

If I could have negative stars I would. This machine has not worked and we have tried dealing with support since Aug 3 with ZERO HELP can’t talk to a human get repeat emails of we’re reviewing your case but nothing else no help nothing. Will not recommend this company. Not 1 cube of ice

Subject: Damaged Ice Machine Delivered by FedEx – Shipping Protection Claim Hello VEVOR Customer Service, I am extremely upset about the condition in which my VEVOR commercial ice machine was delivered. I specifically paid an additional $6.25 for Xcotton Shipping Protection, Protection Plan ID 20260714XSP308993705E99, to protect this purchase against shipping damage. Unfortunately, FedEx transported and delivered the machine lying on its side, even though the box clearly indicates that it must remain upright. The shipping box arrived severely damaged, torn, crushed, and with multiple large holes. After removing the machine from the packaging, I found a noticeable dent on the side panel. It looks as though the machine was struck with a baseball bat. I have attached photographs showing the damaged box, the improper handling, and the visible damage to the machine. Because this is a refrigeration appliance, transporting it on its side can also cause internal damage to the compressor and refrigeration system. At this time, I do not know whether the machine will operate correctly or whether it may develop problems later because of the way it was transported. This is also not the first serious problem we have experienced with FedEx. On a previous VEVOR order, we purchased a stair railing post, and FedEx completely lost the package. VEVOR refunded us, but that is not the main point. The problem is that FedEx continues to mishandle or lose your customers’ orders. VEVOR should seriously consider using a different shipping company. FedEx’s service has been unacceptable, especially for large, heavy, and fragile equipment. Please explain what purpose the shipping protection serves if a machine can arrive in this condition. I am requesting that you immediately open a shipping damage claim and provide a satisfactory resolution. Because the machine has visible physical damage and may also have internal damage, I believe it should be replaced with a new, undamaged unit, and the damaged machine should be picked up at no cost to me. Do NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. THERE IS NO # TO CALL. AND THEY DONT GIVE A CRAP. IT DOESNT MATTER HOW GOOD THE PRODUCT IS IF THE COMPANY REFUSES TO HELP IF THERE IS A PROBLEM. CANT EVEN POWER UP THE UNIT. THEY INSIST ON ME PROVIDING THE ORDER # BEFORE THE WILL HELP. I SENT THEM THE CREDIT CARD STATEMENT WHICH SHOWS WHEN AND HOW IT WAS PAYED AND IDENTIFIES THE PRODUCT PRICE I PAID AND COMPANY NAME. THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO FIGURE OUR THE ORDER NUMBER FROM THAT. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT A $600.00 PAPPER WEIGHT AS WELL.

Quit working after one month!! Disappointing!

Zariadenie vydržalo fungovať niečo cez pol roka… potom sa pokazilo. Rozpadlo sa čerpadlo totálne. Voda tečie všade, nevyrába ľad..

I bought about 10 days ago and haven't used because VEVOR want to send me the replacement part and so far nothing. By the time it gets here summer will be over.

I'm assuming the ice machine would have worked? But when it arrived it had a huge dent in the bottom of it. Now I'm dealing with customer service which is like dealing with slugs because they never call or write back in an email. There's also no phone number to call. This is been very frustrating.
