The orange bars are extremely flimsy and fall out of place, along with everything in the trailer above the black metal mesh, when you hit a small bump or even change speeds. I was surprised that there was not a way to latch the orange bars more securely into the trailer, but they are extremely loose and fall out of place very easily. Also, the latch to tilt the trailer up and down is extremely sensitive and weakly designed. Again, if you hit a small bump or go up an incline it will easily engage, title the trailer back, and drop most of what you were carrying. It is a frustrating trailer to use and it is better to spend a little more to get something better designed and made. It is however very easy to assemble and a good size, however frustrating to use given the above issues.

Horrible company. First shipment had a bent part, tried to just get the part replaced. Had it almost completely assembled, part so bent I couldn’t make it fit. Had to disassemble and repackage the whole thing, and drop the 110 pound box at FedEx. Painful process and horrible communication. Impossible to speak with anyone. Finally get a replacement cart delivered, same thing. Damaged, bent part, impossible to assemble it’s so bent. Now I have to go through another week long process to return this one. Horrible.

The box i recieved has tons of missing parts has horrible customer service as i need parts to put this together.i am missing item #3 which makes it impossible to assemble without. This is absolutely pathetic!!

We never received our trailer. Was told it was lost in transit between Vevor and Fedex. Probably will not order from Vevor anymore. Takes too long to receive merchandise after ordering.

The trailer shipped is significantly smaller than the size implied in the ad. As such, it's utterly unusable. I've been attempting to return it for a refund but Vevor's customer service is so poor- I'm still stuck with it. Vevor's website won't even accept a stand photo from my photo library.

Received product with the box absolutely ripped apart, some panels were dented, no big deal. I put it all together and it was missing some parts. I have reached out to customer service multiple times to get those missing parts sent to me and they just keep telling me I will get a response in a day or so......it has been over a week and nothing. I doubt I will be getting these parts ever.

I bought on sale and they said it got lost in transit. Will not send me a new one for same price. What scam. BIG SCAM !!!!

Total junk. None of the holes lined up and hardware was missing. I asked for a return label and had to bicker with them to finally get a refund. I ended up taking the trailer to the metal recycling place. Don't bother with this tjing

Had to drill out several holes and corner brackets don't line up at all beware.4 hours to assemble something that should have taken 1 hour. Caution, caution 🚫🚫🚫🚫
