It works as it should. It has something wrapped around the outside of it to keep you from burning yourself. Which is great. The only thing I would change on it is for it to have a bigger spout.

I like the size but can there be a stainless steel version? Also the screens on the handle keeps falling off. It seems they’re too small.

I am giving it 3 stars because it will melt the wax pretty quickly. It does the job. However, I should only give it a 2 or even a 1 because after only using it two weeks, I've put it away and bought a different brand because this one will not stop heating at 185. The knob is inconsistent and the temperature cannot be controlled. It makes the wax go up to well over 220 degrees even when I tried to adjust it multiple times below the 194 spot on the knob. Too inconsistent. I can't have my wax go that hot. Plus it won't just let the wax sit and regulate the temp while you are making multiple batches. It goes straight to hot and doesn't stop. So, basically I wasted 60 dollars only to have to buy another brand that does work and regulate the correct temperature.

slechte kwaliteit, klacht neergelegd bij het support team van Vevor maar ik wordt totaal niet serieus genomen en krijg continu dezelfde standaard antwoorden terug. de pan is niet goed, wordt veel warmer dan de instelling en het kraantje werkt ook niet naar behoren. Ik koop hier nooit meer wat puur om de slechte klantenservice want niemand komt mij tegemoet met een oplossing dus ik pak mijn verlies wel. Ik zou deze iedereen afraden. Ondanks dat wij ook heel veel bestellen met ons andere bedrijf zullen wij ook vanaf daar niks meer bij Vevor bestellen.

This wax melter even though advertised for beeswax, absolutely does not work for it, it clogged the spout immediately and I had to pour the wax back out of the top, super disappointing. I have the smaller 5L melter which has been amazing, I thought this product would be just as good, but it’s garbage. It would probably work best for coffee or tea at a brunch bar.

DO NOT BUY THIS, NOT EVEN 6 MONTHS OLD AND IT NO LONGER WORKS, advice it has to much product in there?? it holds 10L so it should work fine for its capacity, Told to stir solid wax?? How in the heck do you stir solid wax?? THEIR TECHNICAL SUPPORT SENT THIS AS A REPLY: "As seen in the image, too much wax was melted in the bucket, and it was not completely drained before the wax solidified. This caused heat to accumulate at the bottom of the bucket, which may have burned out the heating element at the bottom. Additionally, the product must be stirred continuously during use; otherwise, the machine will enter standby mode as a protective measure due to overheating. The quickest solution right now is to use a small spatula to completely remove all the wax, unplug the unit for one hour, and then try restarting it."

I had a very frustrating experience with VEVOR. The product started overheating from day one, which clearly showed it was faulty from the beginning. Instead of replacing the defective product under warranty, their customer support told me they would send a part and that I could get it replaced myself. For a faulty product that I paid for, I do not think the customer should be expected to arrange repairs or carry the burden of fixing it. As per warranty, VEVOR should have replaced the defective item properly. When I did not accept their proposed solution, they started negotiating with me instead of taking responsibility. It felt like they were trying to make the customer bear the loss for their faulty product. After a lot of back-and-forth emails, they finally refunded my money, but the whole process was stressful and unnecessary. Based on my experience, their customer support is very painful to deal with. If you want peace of mind, I would not recommend buying from VEVOR.

Purtroppo la temperatura all'interno del macchinario non corrispondono al manometro esterno, purtroppo se la manopola la si posiziona su 70 °C ALL'INTERNO il mio termometro segnava 103°C ho bruciato 1 kg di cera, andrò avanti a creare candele con il vecchio meteo del bagno maria.
