A quick delivery & it looks like a very good product. Easy to assemble with all the tools supplied. I have turned it on to check that it warms up but have not put any wax in it just yet. I'm looking forward to trying it out.

Works great! I use it for candle, dipping, and it fits my candle dipper perfectly. It’s a game changer from using a traditional dipper in a pot of hot water on the stove or a hot plate. So much easier, faster, cleaner, safer, and more enjoyable.

So far so good. I've had the unit about a month and have used it at least 3-4 times so far. It definitely takes a little longer to melt everything the first time compared to my previous units but once you have it all warmed up it works great. It has a pretty large capacity so I bought an XXL whisk on amazon to stir all the wax. The unit doesn't get too hot luckily so it won't scorch the wax, but hot enough to melt everything quickly. the pouring spout has a bit of a lower flow rate than my last unit so it takes longer to fill the bucket, but the pour is smooth so less bubbles. I'm happy with it overall, it makes no noise and is nice and compact to put away.

Great tool works awesome so happy I bought 2. it looks great in the shop. It works even better. The dial being located on the one side forces you to work straight on or to your right that’s the only downfall and I prefer to work from the left that way it’s close to the edge of the table so I can load the wax. If I work straight on I have to reach over the table to load it, but that’s nothing to do with the quality this thing rocks and I have to be ambidextrous lol
