I am usually happy with Vevor, but not with this purchase. Thee cabinet has a horrible odor and my cats will not use it. In addition it is very cheaply constructed and I had to make a number of repairs with Gorilla glue due to the wood splitting, especially since around the hinges.

Loved this cat house and is so cute, but Some of the wood is so soft up under the roof area that while putting it together broke. I managed to find a way to fix it enough that I could still open the roof but that shouldn't have happened

I received it. It was broken. All the pieces took forever to get my refund because they don’t like to refund anything that comes from overseas not buy anymore.

This item arrived without the needed accessory packet for assembling the cat house. I emailed the company for several weeks to remedy the issue. Eventually I was told to go to the store and find the needed parts myself. I am unlikely to ever assembly the heap of boards now. Big waste of money and huge lack of accountability by the company. I will close account, henceforth.
