schön schwer. schön lackiert. schöne scheisse. mit einer luftpumpe kann selbst mein sohn mehr druck aufbauen. das keines der vielen zubehörteile irgend etwas drückt oder hebt, das kann jeder kuhfuss besser. da ich es erst nach langer zeit erstmalig ausgepackt und getestet habe qualifiziert mich zum looser, pech gehabt. hättest es ja zeitnah reklamieren können. es ist sicherlich nur eine kleinigkeit die ich irgendwann selber repariere, so was wie der monteur in china hat nur die eine kugel vergessen, oder eine dichtung, oder hatte einfach zu viel geraucht und einen schlechten tag an seinem ersten tag wo jemand ihm erklärt hat was er tun sollte, eine richtige fachkraft. jetzt kommen sicher viele texte das ich zu dumm wäre es richtig zu bedienen, so in der art ich muss die ablasschraube zudrehen. mit verlaub, wenn ich die noch weiter zudrehe kommt die am anderen ende wieder raus und dann bin ich zweimel looser weil ich es dann selber kaputt gemacht habe.

Right out of the package and the hydraulic cylinder would not hold pressure. I checked the oil level in the pump and it was sufficient for what I needed to do. After reporting this to the company they offered to have me ship it back to wherever it came from and wait for a replacement or refund approximately half the purchase price. I decided in the end to keep the defective tool as a reminder of where not to buy any of my tools in the future.

Well, The pump didn't work right out of the box. Pump had no oil. Had to go buy oil. Pumped it 100's of times and got nothing. Bled the system as described. I had to send them a video of it not working. Then they didn't have one in stock. Had to wait, wait, wait. Short story, a month later from the time of the request for replacement, I got a return shipping label. I will have to say they were in touch about every 3 days, telling me they were waiting on a shipment. In hindsight, I should've insisted on a refund in the beginning instead of waiting on a replacement pump, which never came. Hope to get a new one and plan on it working as it should.

O macaco nao esta a funcionar. O oleo esta ok eu tento trabalhar e nao tem forca e recolhe logo que deixo de bombear....com a torneira bem fechada. Nao estou nada satisfeito. A roda de aliviar a pressao vinha partida. Posso enviar video do problema . O meu mail é jorge_branco30@hotmail.com

Ordered the hydraulic jack, came completely damaged from shipping, hydraulic fluid leaked out all over. Immediately Contacted vevor with photos of damage. Requested a replacement, not refund bc we really wanted the product, Every email was met with “looking into it, will respond 48 hours. 1st response was an offer of $30usd, nope, 2nd offer $60usd, and said to @bring it somewhere to be fixed! again -no, last offer $90usd…No! At this point, no offer of replacement and with their bs reasons we finally demanded full refund having to remind them of their 30 day refund policy and threats of reporting them, All this bs back n forth wasted 3 weeks of our time! Would have loved to have tried the product but it’s their loss. Will never use them again!

Ted to use it to lift back left corner of a tractor , about 1500# . Will not do 4 ton if it won’t lift 1500 #s .

Mauvais montage d'usine, j'ai dû démonter et remonter l'intégralité du vérin. Je déconseille l'achat aux novices en mécanique.

On the very first day using this product it malfunctioned. And the process of getting a replacement or a refund, takes to long.

Would not buy. Very cheap made and hard to pump and most of all it doesn’t work straight out of the box the ram leaks down and only works if there’s no weight on it. Very cheaply made.

I received the Porta Power. It looked good but it did not work. I contacted Vevor and after a few day and making me send them a video of the issue they told me I had to repair it and they offered $20 and a crappy video of how to get the metal filings out of the jack. I did the procedure and told them I wanted $40 for my time. I will not buy from them again.
