I am writing regarding our recent purchase of seven (7) VEVOR 12 ft Flood Barriers, which we used this spring to protect our property from flooding on Lake Nipissing in Ontario, Canada. Overall, we were very pleased with the performance of your flood barriers. They proved to be highly effective and significantly less labour-intensive than using traditional sandbags. We believe they played an important role in preventing further water damage to our property during the flooding. Unfortunately, one of the seven barriers did not survive the extreme conditions. The barriers were connected together using vinyl rope, and the repeated impact of powerful waves eventually ripped the attachment clips from the tube. As a result, the barrier tore open near the water intake. I have attached a photograph showing the damage for your reference. Given that the product performed well under exceptionally harsh conditions, we are interested in purchasing additional flood barriers for future use. However, before doing so, we would like to ask whether VEVOR would consider replacing the damaged barrier as a gesture of goodwill or under any applicable warranty coverage. We gave this to our daughter to prevent her garage from flooding during a terrible rainstorm! She said it worked perfectly and when she no longer needed it, it is easy to drain and fold for another day!

Stopped flood waters from entering my house. Only house on the block that stayed dry inside. Was easy to roll out and fill with water.

What a great idea. Lightweight and easy to manoeuvre until you fill it with water then it won't budge. We live on creage at the bottom of a hill and the recent rains has caused minor flooding. This has been fantatic at redirecting the water away from our house and shed. will be looking to buy a few more. Highly recommend, with the recent wet weather on the east coast - so much easier than sandbagging. 5 stars
