I was so excited for this!! It was garbage :( I have bought a few items from this company so I was excited for this garden shed. The poles are flimsy and the way it’s put together made them even worse. I had it up for one (1) day. Put it up per its instructions and also put it on railroad ties for added stability. Went out the next morning and the whole thing had fallen over. I looked and the poles were all bent. I straightened them and picked it all back up and reinforced the bent poles the best I could and the next morning it fell over again. This time there was no saving the cheap flimsy poles. They were bent in half and half were broken. $180 bucks down the drain. I ended up throwing all of the support poles away and putting the cover over another frame that I had. Ridicules. I have never been so disappointed in my life. I didnt even have time to put everything in it so I guess that was a blessing in disguise because it would have been destroyed.

I received a used product that’s missing six parts! The only way to contact customer service is through a live chat. Once I explained my issue, the agent Ahmed, stopped responding. The system will not allow you to start a new chat. I would NOT order from this company, their behavior is disgraceful. To make matters worse, I had to pay someone to assemble it and now I have to pay them to come back to finish the job somehow without the missing parts. Update: so Ahmed finally came back (may have been connection issues on his end) providing me with an email address to send a video of the unit which I did. I’m waiting for a response. I’ll be sure to come back to post the outcome. But so far I received a response from an automated attendant. I thought that Ahmed would give me his direct email rather than placing me back into a system void of humans smh

Pacco arrivato velocemente ma danneggiato, inoltre a distanza di 4 giorni l’articolo costa un 20% meno. Sto attendendo istruzioni da Vevor per capire se devo restituirlo o se posso aprirlo e capire se è integro e completo, per. Il prezzo pagato spero di ricevere un buono di acquisto per il prezzo pagato, tra le altre cose quando lo acquistato era in promo!!! Quindi 4 giorni dopo doppia promo!?! Assurdo

Got home from work and started putting together everything. Was going good until I started doing the arches , none of the holes were lined up I had to redrill almost every hole i get the whole thing together and just looks smaller to me. So I pull out my tape measure , and this thing's not even the advertised size the listing says 15x7x7 the Measurements came out to 14x6x6.5 this makes me leery about buying anything from the site because obviously these guys do not know how to use a tape measure and I had to make my own cap for the end of the watering system , because it didn't come with one i would return this item, but considering all the work I had to do to get it up.It's not worth taking down now. What should have been a 45 min job Turned into 3 hrs

Après la tempête que nous avons subi le 23 octobre 2026, les tubes ont pliés et cassés. Résultat: serre detruite au bout de six mois malgré toutes les pécautions prises à savoir: recouvrir la base de la serre sur 10 cm avec de la terre, installation de piquets renforcés plus long à chaque coin, etc. Très décu de cet achat.

I purchased the green house and the extended warranty. The green house works for what it is meant for. The extended warranty is a scam it does not include the cover. I am done with vevor as a customer!

I still have not received it it says damaged

Unlike the first one I purchased this one was not made very well. The frame was wrong it bowed in bad on both ends and is not square. The cover was not sewn properly. The ends had tears in them. There were holes in the sides. The bottom that tucks in was cut very uneven. I was very disappointed because I really enjoyed the first one I purchased. Very unhappy with the way this last one was made. I recommended your greenhouses to my neighbor, but after she saw the last one I got she’s doubting getting one. Sadly, an unhappy customer

Pésimo producto mala calidad no el dinero que cuesta

I bought it end of March 2026 for seedling. The quality of metal framing is very poor. While I installed this in a barricaded area with low winds, I found in a morning that the structure has broken and many of my plants were damaged so I had to spend extra money and effort reinforcing the structure framing. Moreover, the quality of the Green PE cover is poor and the stitching have been leaking from the day one, again damaging the plants. Overall I am dissatisfied with this product and I do not recommend this.
