I haven't used it yet, but it came with no instructions or anything, I don't know how to do maintenance or swap parts, seems okay other than that

It came well packaged but the grinder did not have holes drilled to connect the hopper to the grinding mill. This I was a manufacturers defect. I sent pictures and a video to customer support and was expecting a response within 24 hrs per their policy. It’s been 3 days and still waiting.

The grain mill is heavy. Make a tremendous amount of noise and is very dusty. It doesn’t mill the wheat berries fine enough to make fine wheat flour . The tighter you make it the louder it is. It will be ok to grind corn in garage for chickens .

After just 5 uses the grinder broked,pur quality not recomand to buy.

Alles in Englisch beschrieben. Habe zig mal versucht Kontakt mit der Firma aufzunehmen , da ich ein Teil beim Zusammenbau über habe, und es nicht zuordnen kann . Bin gefragt worden wo ich es gekauft habe. Auf meine Antwort wieder keine Rückmeldung. Eine Gebrauchsanweisung, und eine Zeichnung in Deutsch würde sich besser machen

My Grain Mill arrived via FedEx, the box was damaged too. I took the mill out of the box, the Styrofoam was damaged too. The box did say on the outside of it "Team Lift" which means, more than one person are required to lift it. That didn't happen with my delivery. There was ONE man, he is the only person I saw when the box was delivered onto my porch. The Grinding Stones were in the foam they were shipped in, but one of them was broken, dang it. I was really looking forward to using this mill to grind some grains for bread, now that won't happen, until and if Vevor sends me some replacement stones to replace the broken ones. I sent Vevor the required pictures of the box, after sending them a couple of pictures of the broken stone. I understand their wanting pictures, now, I want replace parts/stones for the ones broken. I gave them what they required, now I require replacement stones, to complete my order satisfactorily. The mill looks good, but... with no stones to test, who knows?

Never get answer about refund

Blades broke on first use, and warranty support has been slow and grudging The grinding blades broke the first time we used this mill. The package came with two sets, so we switched to the spare, and that one lasted about a week before it broke too. With both sets gone, the unit was unusable. We opened a customer support ticket and sent every photo they asked for. It still took three weeks and multiple follow-up emails to get a replacement, with no tracking information at any point. When it finally arrived, it was a single pair of blades. Given that two sets had already failed within a week or so, we asked for a second pair as a spare so we wouldn’t be stuck again. They refused. We bought the 3 year warranty expecting it to mean something. So far it has meant weeks of downtime, chasing support for updates, and the bare minimum in replacement parts. Very disappointed with both the durability of the blades and the service behind them.

do not buy if you’re trying to make bread flour, it won’t grind fine enough. the picture is corn run through 3 times . ours came with problems and vevor won’t take it back or refund our money! they will only give $64 back out of the $263 we spent! bought the extended warranty and that was a scam ! extremely disappointed with vevor!
