Gave it the trial run just to fuel and make sure it worked. A one day rental was $100, so I checked and got this auger for $145 delivered. Shipping was fast, minor assembly a few pulls and fired right up. Dug. A small hole just to verify it worked as needed. Vevor seems to always impress. 🤘😎

Works great

This post auger was easy to use and set up. Worked great for digging 2 gate posts using the 10" auger. The only issue I had was separating the extension rods after using it. They went together just fine.

Man this thing makes holes in even terrible clay so fast i love it only wished it had other attachments or sizes for the auger.

I have a 10 ac. Property used as homestead. Used to place fence posts, trees, anything you need a hole dug. Live in S. GA hard GA RED CLAY. I RECOMMEND having another person, preferably a strong man as if it catches a rock or root there is a 99% chance you will go flying

OK, so I bought this because my dad had one that went on his tractor in that one kinda fell apart and those scenes are expensive specially when the ones I go on tractors and so I looked at this one and the price for it definitely hesitant of getting it, but I got it anyway cause I figured a big use for all of us and when we got it, we put it together. We put oil in it and all that good stuff and let me tell you it made the job so easy I could drill five holes in minutes that was the best find great price. I highly recommend recommended.

I’m happy with the performance of the gas powered auger, but the clutch failed after 2 weeks of using it daily. I dug roughly 50 holes with the 10in auger to a depth of 3ft in various type of soil (clay, sand, dirt). Vevor is sending me a new clutch free of charge so I still give it a fairly high rating even though it failed.

As stated in other reviews, the auger works well. The fact that gear oil needs to be added priori to use isconcerning, as it's not mentioned in the assembly instructions I also have a couple issues with the design. You have a choice as a right-handed user, you can either have the exhaust blow on you, or operate the the throttle with your left hand. I also wish the fuel lines Were Somehow protected coming out of the fuel tank. The first day I used it, I laid it down and upon picking it up a twig grabbed thr fuel line exiting the primer bulb, and pulled it out of the tank. It was a bit of an undertaking to.reinsert the fuel line into the tank. I also feel the metal plate that the throttle is attached to could have been better designed, to avoid injuring your hand if you're not wearing gloves.
