The instruction manual was almost useless. It wouldn't charge when I got it and nowhere in the manual does it say to lift the seat and find the battery switch and turn it on. Then one of the 2 keys didn't work. I asked for another one to be sent but they said no. Then it says to make sure the parking brake is off before driving but nowhere in the manual does it show where the parking brake is located . The company had to send me a video from China in Chinese to show how to use the parking brake. Please,please,please rewrite the instruction manual. BUT the scooter itself is wonderful. I live in a small town with a lot of hills and this scooter is very powerful. I am enjoying it. It is great to have the chance to go to do my shopping and banking etc.

Very nice scooter. This would have received 5 stars but I could only give it 4 because it arrived damaged. I give customer support 0 stars because after contacting them several times about fixing the damage or sending a replacement part I keep getting the same old reply. I paid extra for shipping protection but apparently that was a waste of money also. All I can say is customer be ware because customer support is non existing.

Can climb a 21 degree ramp if center of gravity moved forward to prevent front wheel lift. Parking brake slightly difficult to set but everything else is easy for a senior rider

Scooter was well packaged arrived in perfect condition. Did not have enough information needed an owners manual. Could not get it to run until found a switch under the seat Unable to make contact with anyone in your organization to help me with the hidden switch problem

Vevor scooter makes loud squeaking noise. Can't find where noise is coming from. Tried everything Very annoying. Ruins the pleasure of the ride. Nothing special about this scooter. I've had better.

The Trike is adequate for our needs. However it did arrive with a flat rear right tire. And absolutely no hint of a user manual. Service details completely missing, we were left on our own. Vevor's AI support system is a sick joke. :-( We were promised "Tracking on delivery" even when we paid the extra "insurance for safe delivery", $60+! The only data on the tracking was the date of our purchase. In numerous emails with the faceless Bot we were promised a human would get back to us in 24 hours. That was almost a month ago and we still have not had a reply from Vevor! Totally disrespectful. We hope nothing goes wrong with this machine because we know we are completely out here on our own. We anticipate no support from "Sell it and Forget It Vevor"

It was late delivery and when unpacked the battery gauge was not working. I reported this immediately and although there has now been 16 communications about this, the problem has still not been resolved. I have had to result to informing Pay Pal about this with a view to some sort of rebate. I am still waiting for a dedicated representative to contact me as informed in your last email. I have offered you 4 solutions to this problem as I would prefer to keep the unit as I have found it to be all good not counting this problem.

I've had it for over a month. Haven't been able to use it due to charging and seat mechanism issues. Not getting any help from support. Opened a return ticket twice and they just cancelled them saying issue was resolved when it was not. I requested for them to repair it or replace it and they are not doing either one. Currently disputing purchase.

My chair arrived very well packed on a pallet with steel framing. I really love this chair but when I am rolling down the road I get a grinding noise from under the chair. I'm not exactly sure what's wrong. Hopefully they will have answers for me.
